Two nights in a love hotel
Pros:

Big comfy bed, huge flat screen TV. There was a massive jacuzzi bath and a sauna! The sound system was very good, and the room was completely soundproof, which gave a nice sense of privacy.

Super Ausstattung, Massagesessel, Sauna, Smart TV, Kaffeemaschine. Das Hotel wird oft zur Kurzzeitmiete verwendet, man merkt aber davon nichts :-) Es war immer ruhige und keine seltsamen Gäste, alles Top. Ich war hier 16 Tage und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Würde es sofort wieder buchen.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keinen Kleiderschrank, aber ich hatte genug Platz im Zimmer um meine Sachen zu organisieren

Pros:

Very big room for Tokyo, very nice bath and Sauna and all of the other facilities. Everything worked very well.

However, bed was way too hard for my taste and harder than other places in Tokyo.
