A relaxing but pricey holiday.
Pros:

The Resort is beautiful and well
Maintained. Access to the beach is easy and red cliffs offer a dramatic backdrop to the white buildings of the resort and the beautiful planting.

The staff are lovely and good fun. The resort is spotless. The pools are all lovely. The no claiming your sun lounger until you are ready to use it was a dream.

Cons:

Apart from the XXL restaurant and the rather expensive Japanese restaurant the food was not 5 star. The breakfast buffet was good and always kept well stocked but the filter coffee and the coffee machines were dreadful.

However my main complaint was the buffet and Indian restaurant were closed. The Italian and the cafe corda were pretty poor food offerings. Definitely not 5 star.

We were also on half board but I didn’t realise this was a €55 limit. And did not include water at the table. The constant adding of a tip was also annoying and embarrassing. I wish they would just pay their staff better. Even if you bought an over priced cream from the cart there was a recommended tip added and it was up to you to remove it. Which I found slightly embarrassing in front of the staff.

Everything was very expenses. £50 for a 1 hr game of tennis seemed steep. Golf around £120 for 9 holes after adding on equipment.

Pros:

O espaço onde o resort está instalado

Cons:

House keeping, no primeiro dia ninguém foi ao quarto 019 e a limpeza deixou a desejar, ainda que depois da reclamação construtiva ficou substancialmente melhor. A comida no “portulano” bem como no “Maré” onde a Carne de porco preto e peitos de frango não recomendáveis por não estarem 100% frescos, sabiam a carne demasiadamente velha e mal acondicionada.
Sou cliente desde 2016 e foi a 1.ª vez que isto aconteceu. No XXL O tiramissu velho e seco. A contrastar com o tiramissu do Italiano Portufino que tinha laivos de excelência.
No Olivier, o conceito parece ser o de vender caro aquilo que tem a qualidade de um MAC Donald. Contudo, para quem reserva uma semana no “Pine Clifs” espera que a qualidade dos produtos seja consentânea com a dicotomia preço/qualidade.
Vou esperar dois anos para voltar a ser cliente, se se voltar a repetir, desistirei desta unidade hoteleira.

Great stay, would come back
Pros:

large rooms, comfortable beds, great shower. Lovely gardens and access to the beach. Lovely golf course. Kids enjoyed the games room

Cons:

Food pricing and drinks were high. Not alot of choice on cocktails and only pepsi products

Super Lage, freundliches Personal aber bei Preis/Leistung stimmt es nicht! Man ärgert sich wenn dann alles extra ver

Lage und Personal top! Sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht ganz! War für das Angebot und die Preise insofern sehr überteuert weil man wirklich für alles extra zahlen muss! Zum Beispiel Sonnenliegen am Strand 75€ für einen halben Tag (4h)! Gratis sind nur die Klappstühle! Das war doch sehr überraschend nachdem auf der Webseite ausgewiesen ist dass die Liegen für Hotelgäste inklusive sind! Auch die Benützung aller Sportanlagen werden extra verrechnet!
Halbpension zahlt sich nicht aus, da die Differenz der konsumierten Speisen sowieso extra verrechnet werden! Es sind 55€ inklusive, aber bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel konsumiert man nie unter diesem Preis! Also entweder insgesamt erhöhen oder gleich nicht anbieten, man ärgert sich dadurch nur!

sehr schön gelegen und tolles Personal! Leider auch überteuert, vor allem bei Speisen und Getränken

- wunderschöner Platz!!!
- traumhafter Ausblick zu den Klippen
- sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal
- tolle großzügige Anlage
- viele sportliche Angebote und Wellness-Treatments
- individueller Shuttle Service auf Anruf, zu allen Orten in der Anlage

Cons:

- wir bekamen zwei Einzelbetten obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht haben. Es war kein Wechsel möglich, die zwei Betten wurden nur zueinander geschoben
- von unserem „Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick“ war leider kaum das Meer zu sehen (weil die Pinien einfach zu hoch sind). Der Blick auf die Pinien ist auch sehr nett, aber wir hatten uns etwas anderes erwartet, hier kann man sich den Meeres-Aufpreis sparen ;-)
- es sind fast ausschließlich Familien mit Kindern dort, daher ist es rund um alle Pools sehr laut und wer ein ruhiges Plätzchen sucht, wird hier schwer fündig (für Aufenthalt mit Kindern aber top)
- die Preise im Resort sind ungerechtfertigt hoch!! (1 Aperol 18€, 1 Bier 8€, Hauptgerichte zwischen 30-50€) Vor allem das Restaurant Mare am Strand hat sehr hohe Preise für kleine Portionen
Tipp: Gleich bei der Resort Einfahrt gibt es einige Lokale, hier kann man gut und zu fairen Preisen essen und trinken
- Liegen am Strand sind sehr eng aufgestellt und immer voll - kriegt man nur, wenn man sehr früh morgens dran ist oder wieder ab ca 17 Uhr (als Alternative bekommt man aber einen Liegestuhl auf Wunsch)
