Upon checking in it was difficult understanding the front desk persons accent. Quite a line waiting to ck in being there was a wedding scheduled and only 1 don't freak person working. Upon getting t our rooms the air was not working on our floor and it extremely hot and muggy. Eventually the air was fixed. Employees were hard tovunderstand as English wasnt their primary language. Employees were rather rude. Room was dirty and dusty. It was clear that the rugs hadnt been cleaned in sometime. There was even hair clips on the floor from a prior guest. Hotel guests carried on until after 4am so sleep was very minimal.

Was not allowed to check in an hour early air conditioning was not working in the lobby. Starbucks was closed the entire weekend lobby staff was rude.
