아침식사가 불만족 수러움
it was great to relax around the heated pool, we were happy to just take time out from our busy lives and enjoy piece and quiet. We did go on the Whakarewarewa tour through the village so being within walking distance made that very handy.
We would have preferred a room further away from the lift area because there was a lot of noise later on in the evening with the volume of foot traffic and chatter around.
The Bath/shower was too deep to climb into

Food was horrible had dinner and breakfast worst food Eva dissopinted

Buffet Breakfast is the best in NZ
La chambre avec vue sur les mares géothermales au cas où je n'aurais pas eu le temps de visiter wai-o-tapu.
The 1-bedroom suite was quite comfortable.
In the suite, there was no real kitchenette - just a fridge and some tea+coffee facilities, but you had to use the bathroom sink to fill the kettle, wash cups etc, which wasn't ideal. For a suite of that size, there should be a proper sink and washing area.
The front desk staff were a bit lethargic at times, not all - we did encounter one really fantastic one who was super helpful, but the others seemed bored and generally a bit over it. It feels like the work culture in the hotel is lacking some motivation and perhaps leadership.
The facilities of the hotel were quite nice, but I was surprised that the Buffet restaurant closes at 8:30pm, which is pretty early especially when you are paying nearly $60 per person.
Location-wise, I wish we had chosen another hotel closer to lake and the big park.
Restaurant stall went beyond expectations to accommodate our celiac issues. It really is aa mater of life or death.
Coffee and ice are average at the bar.
Television was limited. It may have been that I couldn't figure out how to use the remote. But I didn't go to Rotorua to watch TV.
Channel 10 was a Maori channel. I learned much about the culture. the middle of Maori Culture
