Cons:

Ive stayed here many times and have noticed the standard of cleanliness has dropped. Both in bedrooms and pool and spa.
There was pubic hair and snot on thr toilet seat. Room didnt smell clean.

Great stay , hotel location was good for us.
Pros:

Room was tidy, we enjoyed the Buffet dinner. Staff were friendly.
Pool area was great.

Cons:

There was some dirt around the base of the bathroom taps, the room was between 2 buildings so no view at all. Our stay was only for 1 night.so this didnt worey us too much.

Clean & comfortable.

Cons:

The little lights attached to head board left on all night.
Was annoying as light was directly in my face.
I prefer to sleep in pure darkness.

I found pillows uncomfortable.

Convenient very clean and comfortable.

Comfortable beds. Good shower.

Cons:

Dinner buffet was fully booked for early evening so we had to eat elsewhere. It would have been helpful if the hotel had advised us that there were very busy that day.

Very tired & overpriced, not worth the price

Bathroom needs updating as fixtures were very speckled with moisture, bed needs changing as the mattress was old with roll together

A little disappointed
Pros:

Liked its proximity to the geysers and cultural activities. The room was large. The staff were lovely and helpful. It had EV charging facilities.

Cons:

It needs a good clean, lick of paint and the bathrooms a refurb. There were scuff marks on the walls and doors and my partner also felt carpet tacks on the floor. We were charged $15 for EV charging where at Jetpark Auckland EV charging overnight was free.
