I just want to thank the front of house staff! One lady in specific I wish I had got her name was incredibly welcoming and attentive to me! I had accidentally gone to another hotel next door thinking it was the one I had booked... and the receptionist was not warm, or friendly at all but very short and almost tired.. which I understand! HOWEVER, thank God she sent me away and to Home 2 Suites because as soon as I walked in my experience was completely different. Even though it was the same information the lady at the desk went above and beyond to just be.... really nice. She called me "Miss" and had a smile on her face and in her tone! It made me feel so welcome and at peace that I was where I was and honestly even though the area was a little tight I didn't care because after that encounter my perspective on the room, breakfast, and coming home after work to the hotel was soooo peaceful. THANK YOU to the front desk staff!!!

Short but great stay -- would stay here if ever in Beaumont again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and served on time. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Restaurants were very convenient.

Cons:

Location was a little hard to find - Texas frontage roads are confusing to out of towners.
