Die Lage, der Meerblick und die Größe des Zimmers. Es gab heißes Wasser in der Dusche.
Das Zimmer war abgeranzt, kaputt und dreckig. Das Bad war ekelhaft. Es roch nach Schimmel. Der Kühlschrank war dreckig und alt. Das schlimmste war allerdings, dass wir Bettwanzen hatten. Nach zwei Nächten konnten wir dann endlich das Zimmer wechseln. Angeblich war alles vorher ausgebucht. Man versprach uns ein "deep-cleaning", was allerdings nur einer normalen Zimmerreinigung entsprach. Man wechselte lediglich die Bettwäsche, während wir im Zimmer waren. Im zweiten Zimmer waren die Matratzen dann sehr unbequem. Man spürte die Federn im Rücken. Im Bad war der Wasserdruck sehr schlecht.
Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr desinteressiert. Man wurde nicht beachtet, wenn man sie nicht direkt angesprochen hat. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Baustelle (was aber momentan in Da Nang fast überall der Fall ist). Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Seafood-Restaurant, bei dem die Klimaanlagen laufen, was nachts störend war. Ich kann mir die guten Bewertungen für das Hotel nicht erklären.
Wir haben in Vietnam für den Preis in besseren Hotels übernachtet. Wir empfehlen das Hotel definitiv nicht.
The location right on the beach and the view from the balcony were excellent. The shower provides very hot water. It was a blessing we only stayed two nights as the mould in the room was making me sick.
We were initially taken to a room on the top floor which smelled like mould and there was no balcony. I specifically booked a room with a balcony and two double beds. There are no phones in the rooms so I had to go back to reception and ask for a room with a balcony. I had to ask for more toilet paper the next morning and was refused by the girl on reception although when I later asked a different girl it was provided. Upon check out I was told to pay for two bottles of water from the fridge so I explained that we were meant to receive two new bottles of water on the second day. The same girl that refused the toilet paper made a call and then told me that because I had put the ‘do not disturb’ sign on that house keeping couldn’t provide the two bottles of water and now I had to pay for the two from the fridge. They were identical to the free bottles of water and the fridge only worked when we were in the room and it was mouldy.

Vị trí đẹp, đối diện ks là bãi tắm biển. Nằm trên trục đường biển sầm uất. Xung quanh đầy đủ tiện ích rất vui nhộn.
Khách sạn nhìn ngoài hơi cũ. Thang máy chậm. Tuy nhiên bên trong phòng ốc, nội thất khá mới.
It was a convenient location and right a ross from the beach. Staff were friendly, it was a great choice for the 3 days we stayed in DaNang. I would recommend to stay here.
We had a huge, clean, and well-maintained room with a nice bathroom. The hotel is centrally located but set slightly back from the main road, so we avoided the worst of the traffic and exhaust fumes. It's only about 50 meters from the beach, and the price was exceptionally low considering the location
Our room had a balcony with a partial sea view, although there were no outdoor chairs or furniture, and unfortunately, the balcony wall is so high that it's difficult to see the view when sitting down.
There’s ongoing construction right next to the hotel, and quite a lot of noise from the cooling units of a large seafood restaurant located just below.
