The Harpeth Franklin Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of historic downtown Franklin. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower was huge! Like, walk-closet huge! Within a very short walking distance of many great restaurants. Staff was super friendly, helpful and accommadating. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Location and style

My spouse and I stayed at The Harpeth back in January, and although the hotel is beautiful, the customer service we received was not as great as we expected. The staff at the time wasn't as warm and welcoming and didn't acknowledge my status with the brand. This time around, ALL the staff was absolutely amazing, especially Ivory. Ivory apologized for our previous experience and went above and beyond to make up for it, with empathetic actions and superb customer service. We will definitely be back!

Reilly was awesome!! Love the atmosphere! The hot honey Pizza was amazing and the wedge was so fresh and tasty. So great!

The bourbon experience at Harpeth Hotel with Dan was outstanding! Dan was such a great host for the tasting! If you get a chance during you stay, it is worth your time.

Reilly is a great server and the food is wonderful. Every drink I had was to die for and the rigatoni was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful and the perfect location. The staff was wonderful, Susan especially made our stay memorable - she was so kind and welcoming. I will happily stay there again.

Beautiful hotel and excellent bar/restaurant. I want to give a big shout out to Lauren (the front desk manager) for upgrading us to a beautiful room so I could surprise my wife for Christmas. Just a wonderful staff and hotel

We attended an event there at the Harpeth. We love the hotel and recommend it to friends who come and visit us in Franklin. What really consistently impresses us is the level of service from the servers, bar tenders, front desk and of course the valet car service as parking can be problematic in the area during events and nights. Shout out to Jackson and Addison who were courteous and professional! Even had our car ready before we even asked!

Back AGAIN to my favorite place to celebrate the Holiday season! I honestly can’t say enough about how nice this hotel is……wonderful staff, oh so comfortable beds & beautiful Christmas decorations. The town of Franklin is like “walking into Christmas of the past” with its historic sites and southern charm. Take my advise and just go experience it during the Holiday season!
Oh, and last but not least…………be sure and eat breakfast (at the hotel) at McGavock’s and try the Lemon Blueberry Pancakes. They are open until 3pm and you can even eat them for lunch.
I promise THEY are the BEST pancakes you will ever eat! I would also like to give Terri Woods, the manager of McGavock’s a BIG thank YOU for helping me celebrate too! We will be back soon :)

Stayed here on a holiday shopping trip to the area. Franklin is such a charming town and has such great food and shopping.
The Harpeth Hotel is beyond luxurious. Well appointed, with that warm Southern-polish vibe that makes you feel like you've wandered into someone's impeccably designed home instead of a hotel. Our room was oversized, spotless, and honestly one of the most comfortable I've stayed in.

The staff couldn't have been kinder. Eager to help at every turn. GM Justin was also great. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely welcoming and seemed to really take pride in the property.

Perfect location, beautiful property, great service - can't recommend it enough. I'll absolutely be back next time I'm in Franklin.

Our team recently used The Harpeth as our home base while hosting a large executive event at nearby Southall, and the support we received from the staff truly made all the difference.

We encountered a few early challenges with our room block, but the front desk team immediately stepped in with so much care and patience. Autumn, especially, went above and beyond — she sat with my colleague and I for well over an hour, walking through every confirmation number and making sure each member of our group was fully taken care of. Her kindness, thoroughness, and genuine desire to help made a world of difference and really set the tone for the rest of our stay.

Throughout the week, we continued to experience that same exceptional level of hospitality. The valet team, especially Benjamin and Timothy, recognized our team instantly each day, helped us with parking, and were incredibly generous with their time as we loaded and unloaded boxes for our event.

The sales team, Kimberly and Mollie, handled an unexpected influx of packages with such grace, and Natalee and Susan at the front desk were consistently warm and helpful anytime we needed something.

And Jason from the food and beverage team even jumped in to help us track down some missing boxes.

While our week was centered around a major event, the Harpeth team made all the behind-the-scenes logistics feel so much easier and lighter. We’re genuinely grateful for the care, responsiveness, and above-and-beyond effort from so many people — with a very special appreciation for Autumn, whose support truly anchored the entire experience.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Especially thanks to Autumn at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond for us.

From the moment we arrived, Autumn’s professionalism, attention to detail, and calm, kind spirit made all the difference. We had a few unexpected challenges with our event logistics, and she stepped in without hesitation to help problem-solve. Her quick thinking and genuine dedication quite literally saved our event.

We are so grateful to Autumn W. Who took amazing care of us during our Harpeth stay. She went above and beyond, ensuring we were completely comfortable and had every amenity at our disposal. She provided us with an upgraded room, champagne, chocolate, and a hand written card for our anniversary celebration. We had such a wonderful stay we are considering this a wedding block location in 2027. The hotel is beautiful and thoughtfully curated, in an excellent location and luxe in every sense.
