I did not have breakfact but the location is really good, right in downtown and easy to walk around.
The overnight parking cost seems high and could be a little less. I wish the bar would stay open longer than 10pm

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of historic downtown Franklin. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower was huge! Like, walk-closet huge! Within a very short walking distance of many great restaurants. Staff was super friendly, helpful and accommadating. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

My spouse and I stayed at The Harpeth back in January, and although the hotel is beautiful, the customer service we received was not as great as we expected. The staff at the time wasn't as warm and welcoming and didn't acknowledge my status with the brand. This time around, ALL the staff was absolutely amazing, especially Ivory. Ivory apologized for our previous experience and went above and beyond to make up for it, with empathetic actions and superb customer service. We will definitely be back!
Reilly was awesome!! Love the atmosphere! The hot honey Pizza was amazing and the wedge was so fresh and tasty. So great!
The bourbon experience at Harpeth Hotel with Dan was outstanding! Dan was such a great host for the tasting! If you get a chance during you stay, it is worth your time.

Beautiful hotel and excellent bar/restaurant. I want to give a big shout out to Lauren (the front desk manager) for upgrading us to a beautiful room so I could surprise my wife for Christmas. Just a wonderful staff and hotel
We attended an event there at the Harpeth. We love the hotel and recommend it to friends who come and visit us in Franklin. What really consistently impresses us is the level of service from the servers, bar tenders, front desk and of course the valet car service as parking can be problematic in the area during events and nights. Shout out to Jackson and Addison who were courteous and professional! Even had our car ready before we even asked!
Back AGAIN to my favorite place to celebrate the Holiday season! I honestly can’t say enough about how nice this hotel is……wonderful staff, oh so comfortable beds & beautiful Christmas decorations. The town of Franklin is like “walking into Christmas of the past” with its historic sites and southern charm. Take my advise and just go experience it during the Holiday season!
Oh, and last but not least…………be sure and eat breakfast (at the hotel) at McGavock’s and try the Lemon Blueberry Pancakes. They are open until 3pm and you can even eat them for lunch.
I promise THEY are the BEST pancakes you will ever eat! I would also like to give Terri Woods, the manager of McGavock’s a BIG thank YOU for helping me celebrate too! We will be back soon :)
Stayed here on a holiday shopping trip to the area. Franklin is such a charming town and has such great food and shopping.
The Harpeth Hotel is beyond luxurious. Well appointed, with that warm Southern-polish vibe that makes you feel like you've wandered into someone's impeccably designed home instead of a hotel. Our room was oversized, spotless, and honestly one of the most comfortable I've stayed in.
The staff couldn't have been kinder. Eager to help at every turn. GM Justin was also great. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely welcoming and seemed to really take pride in the property.
Perfect location, beautiful property, great service - can't recommend it enough. I'll absolutely be back next time I'm in Franklin.
