It was convenient for a quick overnight stat
Pros:

Location was nice and easy to get to. Great parking!

Cons:

Rooms need to be ready earlier. At 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon, every room should be ready to go without checking on its status. Also we froze at night. The blanket was far too light for the end of April.

Don't Bother! They'll Take your money and cancel the booking!
Pros:

Absolute disgrace! Took full payment for our booking 3 days before we were due to check in and then cancelled our reservation when we were en route, 3 hours before check in time due to "overbooking" with no sign of a refund. Terrible experience and customer service!

Pros:

Erin and Rick gave us an absolutely amazing experience for our baby shower! The service they provided was absolutely top notch and I would recomend them to anybody. They were so courteous and welcoming, it meant a lot to us on such a special day. We can’t say enough good things and will absolutely ask to have them again for our next event!

My happy place
Pros:

Still love coming here, every April school vacation for 20+years! Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Renovations are underway, which so far are coming along beautifully. Every member of the staff is friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. Special shoutout to Cepta, who is like part of my extended family, as she has been checking us in for as long as I can remember! She always remembers me and my family, and makes us feel special. For this visit, I’d like to give a special thanks to Jean Luc, who helped me and my elderly mother get into our room with her walker and all our luggage.
I do wish there was even just a small breakfast option (coffee too) but that’s ok. It’s all good! 😊

Great experience
Pros:

Dan at the front desk was amazing. He helped coordinate me to get flowers to the room to surprise my fiancé. He also took care of everything. We need to make the trip truly special.

Nice location, needs to be cleaner
Pros:

Location. In a great spot near all of downtown Plymouth

Cons:

It was not clean. The bed frame had mouse droppings on it which was gross. Also there was garbage on the lawn outside of the slider door.

Nice hotel in Plymouth
Pros:

Nice location. Hotel is getting some upgrades, so there’s noise and dust in certain areas now. Will be nice when it’s done. Very nice staff, Dan was helpful. Check out the hotel when it’s done with renovations.

Relaxing stay in Plymouth
Pros:

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful relaxing couple of days in Plymouth staying at Hotel 1620. The room was completely redone - beautiful bathroom - and though the furniture hasn’t yet been replaced (the GM told us it’s on its way) the bed and couch were very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful - shout out to Cepta for getting us hot water for tea before we even asked! And the pool and hot tub were relaxing after walking all over the waterfront. So many great restaurants and shops nearby. It’s the perfect location!

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants on the waterfront

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. The wastebasket in the bathroom had trash in it from the previous guests along with debris on the floor, behind the bathroom door. The room could have had been more brightly lit, not enough lighting. A full-length mirror would have been a nice added touch.
