L’emplacement près du port, la facilité d’accès en voiture

Cons:

- chambre sale (cheveux par terre) et négligée (drap déchiré)
- personnel indolent et désintéressé (personne n’a indiqué que la chambre n’était faite que sur demande)
- une offre numérique proposait un upgrade à 20 dollars, pour un « balcon avec vue sur un patio Ave. Piscine », en fait le balcon donne sur une piscine couverte (odeur de chlore, bruit du filtre, chaleur du chauffage). Le pire upgrade possible.

Stay was very good.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Close to the middle of everything. Pool and splash pad were great.

It was decent
Pros:

I've stayed at this hotel many times over many years. It's always a good getaway from home with the kids. The pool is good, the location is perfect for restaurants/stores, etc., and the staff is always friendly.

Cons:

This past stay, my room was not clean. We found old socks wedged under the bed skirt and old snacks on the floor. There was also a leak in my room from the A/C. I informed the desk, and the attendant offered to check if it was bad. I just asked for towels to put down because we were very tired. This was a very different experience from past stays in other rooms. It made me question the cleanliness of the beds.

Great place in a beautiful & historic town by the sea.
Pros:

The location was wonderful! A short walk to restaurants and to the ocean. Didn’t realize there was a waterpark inside the hotel until we arrived and saw it - looks like fun!

Cons:

We were initially given a room on the first floor, which is actually underground, and on the same level as the waterpark. It was muggy & We had to ask for a new room because my mom felt claustrophobic down there. The woman at the front desk gladly obliged and was very helpful. My son took his leftovers from dinner, not realizing that the room did not have a microwave, so that was a bit of a bummer.

Pros:

Dan deserves an amazing review for being an absolute lifesaver. Not only did he go out of his way to help me, but he also let me charge my phone when I needed it most. A small act of kindness like that can make a huge difference, and Dan was incredibly helpful, generous, and thoughtful. Five stars for being a genuinely great person and a phone-charging hero!

Not worth the money
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The toilet was not functioning properly. The sliding door to the outside was very dirty and the view was not great to say the least.

“Pool view” = chlorine smell and loud echos
Pros:

First, I’ll say that the location is great and the staff is super friendly! However, this is the only time I’ve ever booked a “pool-view” room where the pool was indoors. I realize this is in Massachusetts, so perhaps some of the blame is on me. However, the description: “this beautiful room comes with a view of the pool and offers ideal comfort” should mention that the view is of an indoor pool, and therefore you don’t have a window that connects to outside. The view itself was not a big deal, but the echos from screams and shouts from the pool were really annoying and could be heard quite distinctly. The bigger problem was the intense chlorine smell permeating our room. I had to avoid the room except to sleep because the chlorine smell was intense.
