Good atmosphere
Pros:

Very clean environment. The pool was a nice touch for this kids. Friendly staff and plenty of free parking. Housekeeping did a great job and the streaming services on the TV helped keep the kids occupied when up in the room

Clean facility, room was well equipped and spacious.

Cons:

As soon as we opened the door to the room it smelled like an "old folks" home, which may be related the cleaning products they use. Also, too lengthy to get into here, but the property erred in the time of stay (we were 1 night, not 2), so they rejected our prepayment from Booking.com (unbeknownst to us). So we had to pay again upon arrival (plus a surprise security deposit of $125). Once we involved the property's general manager, we stated to obtain resolution to the situation, but they still screwed up and billed us again while trying to issue a credit. Took at least a week to fix this horror show.

Pleasant
Pros:

I appreciate the free breakfast, mostly good. The Hotel was really clean (room, pool area, lobby, etc). Thank you, my family and I had an amazing time.

Cons:

The breakfast sausage and bacon was distasteful.

Subpar for Home 2 Suits
Pros:

It was on our way. Area seemed safe.

Cons:

This was, unfortunately, way below usual Home 2 Suits standard.
As soon as we entered the lobby, there was an unpleasant smell and floors weren't very clean.
Few bags with trash were sitting as we got out of the elevetor on the 4th floor. There was one more trash bag in the hallway that had adult diapers in it and that same trash bag was still there while we were leaving and trying to navigate suitcasess and kids between it and maids cleaning cart. Speaking of maids, one entered our room in the morning while we were still asleep, but 2 or 3 hours later trash is still in the middle of the hallway...
Room was ok, except ball of hair rolling around when we opened the doors.
And it was the most expensive home 2 suits we stayed in so far.
