Pros:

Lo único complicado fue la entrada a la habitación, había mucha gente y una sola persona en recepción, de ahi en fuera es cómodo y muy agradable.

Cortan la energia electrica en las noches
Pros:

Se alimentan electricamente de una planta externa y cortaron la luz a la 1am y la volvieron a encender a las 6am, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba porque supuestamente la planta no permite su funcionamiento, nunca vuelvo a quedarme ahi

Pros:

La estancia fue terrible, desde que llegué no había luz y por lo tanto no me podía bañar. Hicieron ajustes para que pudiera bañarme pero en la noche cuándo regresé al hotel nuevamente no había luz, me llevaron a mi cuarto con una lámpara.
El memora express no existe, es el memora "normal"

Turns out the hotel I actually booked was closed so they sent me to the one next to it (same branch). The hotel had an hacienda style, old rooms but big and mine felt very humid. They did offer the free breakfast but didn’t try it. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

El hotel esta muy bien, pero hubo errores en la recepción y algunos otros detalles de funcionamiento, sin embargo, el Gerente es nuevo y es muy amable, espero que lo pueda mejorar.

El hotel principal estaba cerrado, me recibieron en el hotel de junto, no funcionó el tapón de la tina, el desayuno incluido fue continental, sólo fruta, café, pan y un jugo, esos detalles creo que podrían mejorar

Estancia cómoda y acogedora
Pros:

Es un hotel que no es nuevo pero acogedor, la habitación es amplia
El único detalle es que no hubo el servicio de televisión por cable en mi estancia de 3 días, siempre nos dijeron que lo estaban arreglando

La experiencia fue buena en términos generales. A la llegada, se me notificó que había un problema con el sistema satelital de tv, se me ofreció una cortesía.El desayuno me pareció en verdad muy bueno y completo. Si volvería a hospedarme.
