Gratitude to Susan!
Pros:

We met Susan at the breakfast bar during our stay and she immediately made us feel welcome. As someone who travels often for work and pleasure I don't speak lightly when I say Susan is a one of a kind employee and person, and this hotel should be immensely grateful that she is on their team! The next time I am in Charlotte I will be sure to stay here again, and I look forward to meeting Susan's smiling face and infectious personality again! Thank you so much Susan! We love you 🫶❤️!!!
