Pros:

Vraiment tout, le personnel, le restaurant, l'emplacement, la décoration de l'établissement, la chambre, la petite attention à l'arrivée.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol on était côté rue et donc assez bruyant la nuit mais bon on ne faisait qu'une nuit donc moins embêtant si on restait plusieurs jours.

Everything was perfect.
Central position but away from noise.
Spacious rooms with very nice furnishing and decorations.
Small and cozy pool.
Really well cooked breakfast.
The real highlight is the staff: helpful and professional but with a hint of familiarity.
This is by far the best place we stayed in Cambodia.

I'm really not able to find a single defect.

Everything perfect from welcome on checking in, the room, the plunge pool, the plants everywhere, gin club social at the bar with other guests, easy motorbike hire, sorting out pick up, attention to detail always and most of all all the staff and owner - just brilliant.

Charmant hôtel au centre de Kampot, avec une superbe décoration art déco. La chambre que nous avons eu pour une nuit était très calme et la literie très confortable. Mention spéciale aux oreillers, je me suis réveillée le matin sans aucune douleurs aux cervicales 😊
Jolie piscine très agréable au centre de l'hôtel avec des chats qui dorment sur les transats. Et le petit déjeuner est très bon.
La patronne est française et le personnel est vraiment adorable.

Pros:

Ho adorato ogni cosa di questo fantastico albergo nel centro di Kampot. Un’ottima gestione. Eleganza in ogni dettaglio ed accoglienza dal check in alla semplice cena nell’ottimo albergo.
Mi sono sentita davvero a casa e ho apprezzato la presenza di verde all’interno, l’ottima organizzazione e l’entusiasmo dello staff per ciò che fa per i propri ospiti.

Accueil très chaleureux et hôtel très confortable avec de belles finitions.
Pros:

Tout! Tenue par une française très accueillante, l’hôtel est très joliment décoré et la petite piscine, nickel, un vrai havre de paix ! Les chambres sont superbes, très bonne literie, très bien équipées et en deco très soignée. Le resto / bar est au top ! Je recommande très vivement. Personnel adorable.

j ai beaucoup aimé l acceuil , l hotel tout trés bien . Un grand bravo pour la déco style :art déco , exceptionelle . Hotel trés agréable , central , juste a coté de la compagnie qui nous a fait voyager de Phnum Penh pour Kampot . Un trés bon acceuil , une cuisinière khmer qui ma fait déguster une trés bonne soupe traditionelle khmer . Une trés belle chambre spacieuse avec terrasse ,décorée d 'un style art déco avec des détails exotiques . vraiment un trés bon sejour .

Pros:

proximity to the center.Its proximity to the center and the breakfast service were excellent, and the lady serving breakfast, Polina, was very sweet. I gave 2 points for her.

Cons:

It's an old hotel. Although some improvements have been made, the toilet and bathroom are in poor condition; there's no ventilation, and the bathroom door doesn't lock and doesn't close. Despite booking two rooms months in advance and requesting them, I was given bad rooms on different floors. It's a management style that doesn't consider customer requests and is focused solely on profit. For the price, you could stay in a much better hotel.
