Pros:

Very clean and spacious. Provided quality amenities with soap dispensers etc.

Cons:

The prom there the same night, but it was well contained and controlled.

Was good in general and this my thrid staying in this hotel
Pros:

The house keeper was not polite and was not helpful
She was speaking very loudly

The story started in the morning last Wednesday 15 April when I called front desk asking for cleaning my room and the lady in front desk confirmed that my room will be cleaned but when we came back the room not cleaned only trash collected
So I called the front desk and I informed him that room was not cleaned
He sent a lady with some towels

So next morning I again called the front desk asking for cleaning my room that was early in the morning but about 10:00 in the morning a black lady came to the room she was speaking very loudly and rudely and shouting that she do the bathroom but she just used a towel to clean the bathroom without using any cleaning detergent

This very bad way of treating customers

I would recommend this hotel the staff was all very friendly.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. My husband ordered ham and got bacon. The wings I ordered at dinner were very dry.

Pros:

Its was convenient to gas and stores. It was very clean and parking was good. 15 min from outlets and Hershey Park

Cons:

I came for a ministry assignment and my room window was right by the entrance, the check out desk and piano that didnt give me any privacy
