Cons:

There was blood on my sheets. Bed was not comfortable. But over all they did have a pool and a restaurant connected to it so the convenience was great. Probably won’t come back.

Pros:

1. The over all setting is nice, a little dark but nice. About 23 mins from Hershey park, food, and other activities (arcades, adventure sports)
2. Pool was clean, towels provided, nice size, good view from your rooms (depending on what room you chose) and arcade had games that the kids actually won stuff at, and not a rip off.
3. Vending machines on every floor, free ice cream for the kids whenever you check in.
4. Hotel room was clean. Nice size TV. Up to date.
5. O’Reillys was really convenient. Good food.

Cons:

Bath water was brown (dirt) - spoke with front desk they let me know that the town of Harrisburg was having water issues but it was okay to bath, and they gave complimentary water to drink so that was good.

House keeping will not come and clean or make your bed if you have any personal items in it (including your own pillows or blankets.) First two nights our beds were made, even with personal belongings. 3rd night a note was left that they can’t touch our beds with our things on it. So coming back from a long 12 hour day at Hershey that was annoying.

Our AC was turned off whenever our room got cleaned, which is also frustrating when you’re coming in from 90 degree weather for 12 hours.


We got a noise complaint at 10:50 when we were just playing a card game on our last night there. (1 adult 3 kids) but the worker that came to inform us was very nice and respectful with his approach.

Great stay!
Pros:

Staff were wonderful and restaurant was great! We were there for a lacrosse tourney and this place is one of our favorites!

Cons:

room wasnt clean on admission - but definitely something that could have been missed. A more thorough check by housekeeping would benefit!

close to hershey park which is where we were going and had an excellent stay my boyfriend and i. check in was smooth and easy. it was so clean and comfortable. jose was awesome on the advice and tips. 10/10 would stay again

Cons:

The smell in my room (355)was unpleasant. I think it was coming from the AC. It was musty/mildewy smell that was pretty powerful. I worry that mold spores could be a problem and I let the front desk know to investigate before another guest used that room.
