A Beautiful Well Appointed and Well Managed Hotel

My wife and I attended a conference at this hotel on May 18 and 19, 2026. We stayed two nights (Sunday, May 17 and Monday May 18) and were very impressed. The hotel is as beautiful as the pictures on its website represent. It is very clean. Our room was generous sized and well appointed. The shower worked very well with lots of water coming out of the shower head (not always the case elsewhere!) The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The property is obviously well managed. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinners) for the conference was outstanding. We throughly enjoyed our visit and will stay there again when next we are in the Harrisburg area.

Always a great experience
Pros:

My wife and I make this our regular stay over when traveling north or south from New Hampshire to Florida. Easy check in, clean, restaurant attached, pool, gym, plenty of room throughout the hotel, I can see guests who come here for a vacation, spending time at Hershey. It’s a great hotel and highly recommended it.

Very clean and spacious. Provided quality amenities with soap dispensers etc.

The prom there the same night, but it was well contained and controlled.

The Best of Best Western
Pros:

We stay at this hotel exclusively when we are in the Harrisburg area, which is at least 7 or 8 times per year. It's clean, modern and has the best staff! Head and shoulders about the competing hotels in the area!

Great, easy, friendly, and comfortable

I’ve stayed at a few places around Harrisburg, this was the best. Great stay! Rooms were a good size, comfortable, and very clean. Service was friendly and efficient. Nice having an actual restaurant at the hotel. Pretty lobby. Shuttle service was so convenient and the drivers were very friendly!
