Amazing stay
Pros:

I just spent 3 great days at this Hotel. Every aspect of my time spent here was exceptional. Check in was a breeze and very helpful. My room was spacious and spotless! I had several meals catered by the hotel and they were amazing. The staff was polite, helpful, and professional! What am amazing team effort and pride in their work! I'll be there two more times this year for business and look forward to them both. Congratulations everyone on a job well done!

A Rare Jewel In Harrisburg, PA. Who Knew?
Pros:

I have travelled my entire life and stayed in so many different boutique and chain hotels that I can’t count. My partner and I stayed 25 nights in hotels and VRBO’s in 2025. I rank the amenities and service at this hotel to be on the level with the Sofitel in Athens, Greece (very nice). Gleaming toilets and chrome in bathrooms, no hair on the floor; I liked the add-ons of a shower cap, shoe polish cloth and make-up remover towel. Most hotels don’t give you a shower cap anymore, nor a shoe cloth. The pool? It’s a “lap” pool, heated and fantastic! The Air Hockey and video games in the game room? Triple Wow and Five Stars! The restaurant food! Delicious. We WILL be back. Great job, Best Western.

Stay for outdoor show and concert
Pros:

Here for the outdoorsman show and concert. The room was relatively clean but the side we were on was right next to 83. It literally felt like I was sleeping on 83 itself, that’s how loud the trucks and cars were. Having a restaurant on site is very nice but when we went to eat after the concert, the place was a mess and they were out of Guinness! Did I mention it’s an Irish Pub? I would stay here again but would ask not to be on the side of 83.

The best ever
Pros:

This place is beyond amazing. The staff are absolutely pleasant to be around. The room was spotless. Bed was so comfortable I almost overslept for my conference. As a former houskeeper myself I can spot a hair a mile away, not here didn’t see not one on check in.

Extremely Noisy, Not Good for the Travel Weary
Pros:

Extremely Noisy! The highway noise was brutal in our room. I was awaken at 3:00 am by the sounds of traffic right outside our window.
If I had been warned I could have asked for ear plugs or another room on opposite side.
The property is exceptionally clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The restaurant on site was a big plus after a long day of travel. The food was very good at O'Reilly's.

It was nice.
Cons:

There was blood on my sheets. Bed was not comfortable. But over all they did have a pool and a restaurant connected to it so the convenience was great. Probably won’t come back.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

I do a fair amount of traveling to the Harrisburg area and BW is the best all round place based on value and amenities. This was my first stay but will not be my last. This is my new go to destination in the area. I highly recommend it.
