Bueno y bien ubicado
Pros:

El personal muy amable. Esta bien ubicado

Cons:

No se veía como las fotos de publicación y la ubicación es diferente a la q se muestra en google map. Llegamos de madrugada y eso fue una complicación.

Очень приятные хозяева, хороший завтрак, хорошее местоположение.

Cons:

Очень старый фонд, очень сильный запах канализации, очень маленький номер, и очень плохой матрас. Сложно найти всем и нам и таксист не мог долго.

I like the Area and the first staff who booked us in.

Cons:

was unhappy with the way the staff member who took over from the morning shift treated us.
The payment machine was not working when we arrived, and the staff member on duty told us that it was fine to pay the next day or if the machine starts working. We followed those instructions.
When we returned later, we were stopped by another member of staff and questioned about our room number and told that we needed to pay immediately. My husband explained the arrangement that had been made, but the staff member insisted that we go and get the money. It was only after my husband pointed out that the way he was being spoken to was not particularly pleasant that the staff member changed his position and said we could pay the next day.
My husband had just had a tooth removed and was already uncomfortable, so the situation caused unnecessary stress. Despite being told we could wait until the next day, he still went out and searched for a cash machine so that we could pay.
I did not particularly want to leave a complaint, but I feel management should be aware of this. When a hotel's payment system is unavailable, guests should not be made to feel at fault for circumstances beyond their control. A more understanding and considerate approach would have been appreciated.

Petit déjeuner buffet : un grand merci à la dame Lydia qui nous a servi avec gentillesse et un sourire remarquable
Le monsieur, dommage je ne me rappelle pas de son prénom c'était un bonheur d'écouter son ses récits sur l'histoire de l'Albanie, les traditions culinaires locales et même l'origine fascinante du nom de l'hôtel.
Un grand merci à ce monsieur
💯 Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés

Pros:

A localização é ótima. O espaço é simples, mas a cama era muito confortável e tudo estava bem limpo. Os funcionários foram super simpáticos! Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.

Un hôtel recommandable méritant quelques petites améliorations

Le personnel était très agréable, toujours au petit soin. L’hôtel était idéalement situé, et la chambre était confortable.

Cons:

La pose de volets s’avère être indispensable pour protéger de la lumière du jour. Aussi, il faudrait s’assurer que tout soit propre (frigo, lavabo) et que la douche soit fonctionnelle (paroies qui ne se ferment pas).

Posizione ottimale per girare il centro di Tirana

Cons:

Le stanze e la struttura non rispecchiano le foto del sito di prenotazione, colazione assolutamente da rivedere, la signora è gentilissima, ma una brioche , qualche uovo sodo , delle fette di formaggio con mezzo panino tagliato, sono veramente troppo poco.
