Good location , staff was nice. Room clean
Pros:

Bed was comfy, pillows little flat. Had a restaurant , food was good , little pricey.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Pros:

The indoor pool

Cons:

There was absolutely no water pressure. Like a trickle that came out of the shower. We had two rooms neither one had a water pressure. One of our room also had bed bugs I told staff he told me manager would be getting in contact with me but that never happened.

Room was old found a cockroach in the bed the last night of our stay first day restroom door was broken preventing privacy when using the bathroom and showing wasn't fixed the entire stay room only cleaned the first day had to call daily and request towel I filed a complaint and never heard back from booking which really pisses me off nothing was addressed or anything so I probably won't use booking anymore either

Comfortable, clean, and quiet when in a pinch!
Pros:

The property was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly. We were able to get an airport shuttle to and from the airport. We were able to do laundry on site.

Cons:

In our first room, the shower did not work, had no water. We had to move to another room, which was in the newer part of the building, rather far from the front desk, but still very nice and quiet. We also were only permitted one towel per guest per the front desk receptionist, which I thought was a little odd. We only asked for two extra towels due to everyone needing to shower and women having long hair.

Pros:

Guess you get what you pay for. Entrance looks fancy but rooms are not.

Cons:

Front staff woman was horrible. She was on her phone via a headset for the whole check in process. There was a line of people to check in so I thought that was rude. She had to whisper our room number and never talked directly to us. The outside and entrance looks fancy but the rooms need help. Phone didn't work (I needed to call front desk, got it to work with speaker but no one answered anyway), clock was not working, not a huge deal. Pool area was as dark as a movie theater and hot tub was luke warm.
