The only small complaint was the shower in our room. We had a bath but the shower wasn’t the best. But other than that everything met or exceeded expectations.

Great hotel at a great location
Pros:

Wonderful staff, tasty breakfast with lots of options. Room was large enough for our family and view to the temple was beautiful.

Location in Insadong is unbeatable for seeing the sights, with short walks to the palaces, Ikseon and Bukchon. Nice area and easy to reach by Taxi from the Airport. Subway from Jongno station opens up the rest of the city. The hotel was perfect for our needs and I will recommend the same for others.

Pros:

The amenities were great, we used the coin laundry which was fast and reasonably priced at 4000 won for either a washing or drying cycle.

We also used their locker storage system which was easy to use and very convenient since we had an evening flight and needed somewhere to keep the bags. They also had a luggage scale there.

All the staff were efficient and their housekeeping staff were lovely.

Room was a good size, we could open both suitcases on the floor.

Cons:

The standard pillows deflated quite a lot. They have more pillows on request but you need to call down for them.
