Nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast was a little expensive, but aside from that, it was nice. I'm diabetic, and low-carb options are hard to find in Korea, so I bought breakfast every day.
I wish there were more TV channels in English, but that's a very minor detail. I didn't go to Korea to watch TV.

We loved our stay here! Amazing location, room and staff. We mentioned in our reservation that it was our honeymoon, so the staff kindly gave us a corner room on the top floor, as well as a late check-out and a voucher for breakfast (thank you so much again!) Everything worked well in our room, plus it was amazing to be right next to the Yogyesa temple, artist shops, and convenience stores. It's also very close to the Gyeongbokgung palace and the Myeongdong area. They also spoke great English. Staying here was a perfect start to our trip! Highly recommended.

Идеальное месторасположение. За отелем прекрасная прогулочная улица, с арт галереями, магазинчиками и ресторанами. В отеле комфортно, на этаже есть лед и вода. Убирают каждый день, приносят воду в холодильник. Заселили быстро. Все отлично. Завтрак хороший. Делают по заказу блюда из яиц. Есть супы, йогурты, что-то сладкое.
В номере нет зубного набора. Но можно на ресепшен в автомате купить. Мало овощей на завтрак.

Very good location in the heart of central Seoul, close to cultural and historic centre, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops.
Rooms were a reasonable size (standard double), very clean and contemporary.
Breakfast was average. Selection average. Get there early for fresher stuff.
Location was excellent, Toilet was excellent (love the bidet toilets) and everything was clean, sheets changed every day! Only negatives were that they only provided paper cups and the curtains didn't quite black out the morning light. However would stay again due to location and cleanliness. Also the free ice in the hallway was awesome. Staff were polite and efficient!
Wish they had proper cups for making tea and coffee rather than paper cups and I wish the curtains blocked the sunrise. It shone right into my face in the morning.
Great location with easy access to the Palaces, Ikseondong, and shopping. Rooms were well appointed, very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

Big shoutout to Frank thanks again!The hotel is clean, location is amazing! The Palace is right down the street and in the little alley bunch of great restaurants with traditional Korean cuisine!Definitely recommend to stay if it’s your first time and you don’t know where to begin to explore such a great and beautiful country! We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel!!!

All in all, it is a very nice hotel in a fine area.
It’s well located near sites. Room is well sized.
It’s nowhere near four stars. Room is uncomfortable - only one pillow provided per person, hard bed etc. Air con was ineffective - even at full blast the room didn’t get below 23°C. The lighting was poor. Having to take two elevators to our room was painful. Shower pressure was terrible. And room wasn’t particularly clean.
