Fijn schoon hotel met goede ligging
Pros:

Het personeel bij de receptie was heel behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk. Echt waar!

De kamer was ook heel schoon en er werd elke dag weer opgeruimd. Fijn dat er een minibar, airco en een kluis was.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is niet super uitgebreid, maar als je een dag van te voren reserveert kan je een betete prijs krijgen. Dan is het wel prima.

Pros:

Emplacement au coeur de la vieille ville. Tout est accessible à pied. Le musée Guggenheim est à 15mn. Un parking souterrain est en face de l'hôtel,la rue à traverser.

Cons:

Il est préférable de parler l'espagnol ou à défaut l'anglais.

Pros:

De kamer was goed geluidsdicht! Niets gehoord ondanks de drukke ligging.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is erg duur, zeker gezien de ruimte in de kelder.

Ottima scelta per visitare bilbao

Staff molto gentile ed accogliente, posizione ottima per visitare la città, camera moderna e pulita

Cons:

In generale l'esperienza e stata molto positiva, posso solo segnalafe il rapporto qualità prezzo, il costo e alto ma credo sia in linea con l'offerta della città, avrei preferito la doccia (e non la vasca perché piu scomoda da utilizzare) ed un phon professionale, ma purtroppo è un limite comune in tanti hotel.

Nel cuore di Abando
Pros:

Stanza molto grande e spaziosa, si vede che la struttura è stata ristrutturata non da tanti anni.
Pulizia top e cambio asciugamani/prodotti da bagno molto puntuale.
La posizione non è niente male, diverse attrazioni di Bilbao sono raggiungibili a piedi e le fermate dei mezzi sono comunque molto vicine.

Cons:

Tutto ok, nulla da segnalare.
