Buena y cómoda estancia en el hotel.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y silenciosas. Muy bueno el aseo

La puerta del baño, al ser de corredera, tiene poca aislación del ruido. El precio es alto.

Excellent stay in Bilbao
Pros:

Everything was according to the Sercotel standards.
Clean and nice size room and bathroom, with enough space for storage, comfortable bed, high speed wi-fi.
The breakfast very good with options for all tastes, even with cava!
Great location for visiting Bilbao, just 10 min walk to the historical center.
Professional and helpful staff.

Una embajada, realmente me sentí como en casa!

Lo primero que destacaré es la atención de las chicas de recepción, tanto quien nos recibió (la chica con el pelo con rulos, perdón pero no sé su nombre) Aparte de amable, nos dio los mejores datos respecto de donde pasear y comer en la zona es también excelente, y la ubicación inmejorable y Gabriela, la otras recepcionista, fue absolutamente amable y atenta con nosotros
La habitación comodisima! para tres personas, estaba dividida, la cama individual de la parte matrimonial, lo cual permite intimidad, el baño, excelente y completísimo. La decoración hermosa! Cuenta con cafetera y calentador de agua.
No es un hotel lujoso pero sí muy cómodo y de buen gusto.
El desayuno también es excelente y muy completo, además de tener un buen precio
La relación precio-calidad también es excelente
La ubicación me pareció inmejorable, no se encuentra en el casco histórico, sino cruzando el puente, pero es la zona más nueva de la ciudad cercana a tiendas, bares y restaurantes, al Corte Inglés y a la estación. Está a unos 900 mts del museo Gugenheim.
Absolutamente recomendable!!

Calidad precio muy bien.
Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy bien. Limpieza. Y la ubicación es inmejorable.

Cons:

No me gustó que al llegar la habitación se me haya entregado tan tarde. Se que tenéis una política de entrada a partir de las 14:30. Pero el motivo de mi visita fue por trabajo y necesitaba planchar el uniforme, ducharme , maquillarme. Lo dije pero no se hizo ni el más mínimo esfuerzo por dejarme hacer el check in antes.
