Современный дизайн, хорошая новая мебель

Cons:

Отсутствие шкафа, отсутствие места для хранения вещей (одежды).
Через неделю (!) после проживания за 16000 в сутки мне пришло уведомление, что будто бы я внёс изменение в бронирование, причём дважды, сначала до 12000, а потом до 5000. Я написал об этом в отель, но мне не ответили.

L'hotel è davvero bello e offre servizi di spa ,è pulito e la camera molto spaziosa. Anche il ristorante è stato davvero ottimo tranne il tempo di attesa.

Cons:

La musica nel ristorante è molto forte sedetevi lontano dal palco. Inoltre per lavori di ristrutturazione abbiamo dovuto portarci le valigie a mano, la strada è dissestata, da almeno 200 metri senza nessuno dello staff ci aiutasse.

Staff super cordiale e stanza ottima

Cons:

Se vuoi la colazione devi chiederla con due giorni di anticipo ma non è scritto da nessuna parte. Comunque c’è la possibilità di farla alla food court al piano si sotto.

Hotel in the main street big parking, not too noisy

Чисто! Вежливо!
Pros:

Отель нам очень понравился! Всё идеально чисто! Персонал приветливый и вежливый! В одном из предложенных нам номеров присутствовал еле уловимый запах сигарет (из всех членов семьи его почувствовала только я), и нам предложили поменять его на номер категорией выше без доплаты. Но мы отказались, решив что это не принципиально. Но на следующий день нам поменяли шторы в номере на совершенно свежие и запах исчез!
Рядом есть супермаркет и фуд-корт, это очень удобно.
Рядом проходит трасса, но это нам не мешало спать с открытыми окнами. Если закрыть окна, то её совершенно не слышно.

Perfect base to explore the area
Pros:

I absolutely loved this property. It was very cheap for a last minute Booking when all properties in the area were either unavailable or out of budget. It’s a great base to explore Jermuk and Tatev as well as Areni.
The room was super clean, comfortable bed, great AC in these very hot July days and very bright with 3 windows
Super convenient access to food court and supermarket and parking right in front of entrance door.
Although it is located on the main road full of trucks and cars I didn’t hear a single thing at night

Although we had very limited interactions all the staff are very kind and welcoming
