Pros:

I requested a linen change and was told they don't "stage" on the weekends. Only after checkout. When I asked for more towels I was told I could bring the dirty towels to the front desk and get more.

My bathroom shower was broken and the tub stopped up. I asked for a different room and I was told it would be fixed. It wasn't fixed.

It was dirty I was bothered by staff saying I only paid for one night that I was gone have to check out the tv was broken the tub was dirty the lock was broken on the door it was just a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience
