It was an ok stay. Just not quite as good as previous stays.

We have stayed here before without issue. This time we were given a room that had not been cleaned and beds not made. They did quickly give us another room. They seem to be short staffed. The front desk clerk was also working in the breakfast room and not readily available to get a receipt on checkout. Otherwise it was an ok stay.

Need friendly staff, no barking dogs, poop of dogs picked up outside

The room was very nice.

Cons:

Lots of barking dogs, front reception person barely spoke english and didn't manage getting people checked in promptly was very distracted. Some stains on bedding, seemed clean but stains were a set back. Grass was tall and dog poop everywhere.

Great place for those traveling with pets.
Pros:

Room design and interiors were well suited to travelers with pets. Very clean and friendly staff. Also nice that the hotel is just off the highway so you don't hear the road noise.

Cons:

Lawn needed mowing in dog potty spot outside the hotel.

Sleep Inn Staunton Review
Pros:

We arrived later in the night, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in fantastic shape and was very clean. We were located on the first floor, and it was located very close to ice and other amenities. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet, so we were able to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, and everything was well-stocked, so there was a great assortment to choose from.
