Have more employees with the attitude of regina
Pros:

Breakfast was fair, front desk was helpful most of the time, especially Regina (who helped me put things on the cart inside and out) she is the wow factor

Cons:

Someone tampered with the settings I had for the washer/dryer, only hotel that allows locals, call themselves SLEEP INN, what a joke (put somebody in room above me and stomping around all hours of the night) and the locals in the hallway causing all types of commotion (Knocking on doors, and talking loudly enough to hear what they were saying). To learn from the other hotels, as to why locals were not allowed for this very reason (sleep good in theory, not in practice) need to rethink the name of your hotels or learn from the other hotels

Pros:

Sleep Inn is my go to place to stay when I come into town for whatever the reason is I have to be there. I’ve never had an issue to write a complaint.

Cons:

I’ve stayed here on numerous occasions without having any problems but this time that wasn’t the case.
My shower was not throughly cleaned; the floors were beyond filthy bc my daughter’s feet were black on the bottom. My bedding had pubic hair & crumbs so definitely wasn’t clean as it should’ve been & fridge had mold inside

It was an ok option if you’re not picky.
Pros:

Check in was smooth and friendly. The facilities were clean for the most part.

Cons:

I did not like how the pool was advertised online but was closed when I got there. I was told they had late check out options and they did not. I also saw a few water bugs/roaches crawling around (one in my room; one going into the back office door where they do laundry). I was very upset that no accommodations were given either.

Cons:

Everything the dog next to my room keeping me awake. Then I finally got another room beds were extremely uncomfortable. Shampoo and conditioner bottle was half used sitting on the sink. The breakfast bar was awful. There wasn't no yogurt. Coffee wasn't very good. I would not stay there again. I drive to the next hotel.

It’s not a five star, but it gets the job done
Pros:

It was located near the highway… the rooms are very spacious and the staff and check-in was quick, polite, and very accommodating

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping missed a crucial detail when I found a wig that was directly next to a bed that had recently been made, the bathrooms in the room also need some updating the shower door seem to barely be holding on as well as the toilet seats were loose.
