Room was filthy and had roach in it. Poor customer service and unbelievable that they are still open with the condition of the place.
I will not come back too stay. I had ti ask for an iron and board. It was not in the room. Then I had to ask for a bucket for ice which there was none. I was given a bag. There was holes in the comforter. Overall stay was manageable but will not comeback.
Dirty
Awesome
Please recognize the staff for providing excellent customer service. I had to use my own Verizon hotspot due to the terrible internet connection provided by Sleep In. There needs to be better lighting in the bathroom area.
The Staff provided excellent customer service. Sleep Inn does need to work on the internet for their smart tvs. I had to use my own Verizon Hotspot in order to for the smart tv in my room to work. The lgiht bulbs in the bathroom area in my room need to be replaced.
My stay was pleasant, very clean and the staff very friendly. The price was quite reasonable.✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️
carpeted floor in the room was sticky. Holes in the dry wall and the show surround. Just rough in general, but low cost so I guess there's a tradeoff.
nice rooms
This property is filty, the staff is very unprofessional, the room is very dirty and smelled of mildew. The carpet in the halls and room is visible old and dirty, it smelled. The breakfast was a choice of bread or waffles only. The people hanging aroymd the property looked questionable and homeless and smelled like it too. This is overall the WORSE hotel i have ever stayed. SHAME IN EXPEDIA FOR HAVING THIS HOTEL ON THEIR SITE!!!!!
Management staff horrible. Harassment from the manger on duty the morning of Aug 9, very Unprofessional..I was fixing my hot breakfast and proceeded to cover up and go wash my hands manager attack me verbally assuming I was taking food to room..situation diffuse itself later I went to checkout manager brings up the issue again blaming me for taking food to room when clearly i didn’t. The manager began harassing me again stating that she was told I took the food upstairs. Once I prove that wasn’t the case she decided to change the tone in voice about the situation….it was a VERY bad experience of unprofessional and harassment I will never book at that place again!!!!
Spent the night after a cancelled flight with a voucher from American (who absolutely spoiled me with this luxurious hotel!) The lobby reeks of smoke despite excessive signage against smoking in the hotel. Loved the prominent display of the 90% health code score by the front desk; don't think I've ever seen that in an establishment other than Wendy's and even they have the decency to have at least a 98%. The check in guy was beyond rude even in our brief interaction. My room on the 3rd floor was complete with a loud, flickering light in front, a faulty deadbolt, and a visible gap between the door and the jam, something every woman traveling alone dreams of. The fitted sheets immediately lifted from the corners of the mattress just by sitting down, and the mattress cover was beyond filthy. Stained, torn, and covered in all kinds of hair. The walls were visibly dirty EVERYWHERE, as was the entire floor. Doubtful the carpet was vacuumed, at least not while plugged in. Cobwebs on the ceilings. A pocket bathroom door that didn't close and with paint that made it look like it lost a fight with a pitbull. Even the desk chair and picture frames were in bad shape. Honestly, do yourself a favor and sleep in your car. Better yet, curl up on a rocking chair in the airport.
Front desk needs to be happy and welcome us. Girl on our last day was. Smell of week in stairwell.
Hotel needs MAJOR Reno. Walls are falling apart, carpet is HORRIBLE with wholes, blanket looks like 100 years old
I checked in at 4:00 pm after driving 8 hrs. First thing I noticed is the smell and how hot it was in lobby. Horrible customer service at front desk. I was put on bottom floor. Upon entry into room there was no sheets on bed so room was not ready to be rented out. A few minutes later the housekeeper just walked in and didn’t knock. I guess she didn’t know it was rented out. The mattress protector was ripped bad which is not protecting the mattress from bed bugs. The floors need cleaned and Mold all over ac and curtains. Walls were filthy and a booger on wall. After she left I noticed a gnat and killed it. Then another one and another. After killing 5 or so gnats and swatting them from my face I went up front to request another room and let them know there was a gnat infestation. The guy was so rude and told me I should have let housekeeper know. What is she gonna do about an infestation. I believe they are fungus gnats. He switched me to 3rd floor and that hallway was so dark, dusty and hot it took my breath away. Walked into the room on 3rd floor and that room smelled so awful like a big cigar. I was like well at least no gnats and went to get dinner. Came back and sat down to eat and boom more gnats. One went up my nose. I looked at ac more mold. Looked at mattress and seen a bug. That was it for me packed my stuff and left. I called corporate or choice hotels and spoke to 3 different people all I want is a refund. I didn’t use anything and was only there 4 hrs. The guy up front refused to give me my money back and choice hotels didn’t solve the problem. The reviews about hotel are just like mine. I believe the guy at desk is dirty and doing shady stuff with the prostitute that come in and out. The general manager clearly does not have any interest in fixing this place. It’s highway robbery what happened to me after a long trip. During the time trying to get my money back I watched him cater the half naked girls and sprayed bug spray across lobby and soaked the floor. Breathing that in has made my throat so irritated. Not to mention the pool and gym are closed but they have not said so on website so that’s misleading and fraudulent.
One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Had to stay overnight due to a canceled flight. Got a voucher from United. A short list of the lowlights:
- Cloud of marijuana smoke in the lobby as we walked in (despite claim of 100% smoke free hotel)
- Sketchy (homeless?) guy in lobby
- Dirty and dark hallway
- Dirty furniture in room (wife sat on towel)
- No cold water from tap
- bathroom door didn't close
- moldings didn't reach floor
- blinds were damaged
- water damage on ceiling
- no soap disk in shower
- incredibly loud a/c
I slept zero minutes that night. Pay the money and go somewhere else. You'll be glad you did.
Service was outstanding. Hotel staff were very nice and answered any questions I had about the area. I was there for a doctor's appointment and business meeting. The cleanliness could have been better.
The room was extremely dirty and run down. There was a dead roach, stains on the walls and lamp shades, exposed wiring, a hole in the shower, leaky sinc, and many other issues. The staff said we could have a late check out but knocked on our door several times before the agreed upon check out time. Horrible experience!
Nice one night stay necessary after American Airlines cancellation disaster.
was filty, all trash were out on hallways, f. desk clerk was not a customer service employee.
