Aucune insonorisation dans les chambres!! impossible de dormir avant 1h du matin les deux nuits à cause du bruit dans les chambres voisines, c’était comme si on dormais tous dans la même pièce!
Le petit déjeuné, après 3 mois de voyage aux usa, je le classe en top 2 des pires que j’ai eu!! Pas de jus, pas d’œuf, pas de fromage frais, du thé mais pas d’eau chaude, du beurre à moitié fondu pour aller avec des espèces de muffins nature super secs… très décevant.

Rooms and hallways had a terrible smell and in our room the walls had dried boogers on the wall.

The bathroom smelled terrible, the entire stay. The room smelled like cigarettes. The walls were incredibly thin. I had to call the front desk because the couple next door were arguing loudly and throwing things around for over an hour. The door had a very large gap between the floor causing a lot of light to come into the room at night. The TV control did not work unless it was literally touching the TV. There was stains on the bed sheets. In terms of cleanliness, I didn't feel comfortable taking my shoes off anywhere in the room. I showered with my sandals and as quickly as I could.

Not the cleanest or most updated property and the shower door was broken and the beds were terrible!

Rooms are quite dated but very clean. Quite far from downtown

Neighbor smoking. Could smell it in my room.

There was a naked man in hall way screaming

Mattress soft. Needs turned or replaced.

Bed broke (like we walked in the room and it was slanted no braces you sat/layed and you fell to the floor), microwave didn’t have the plate in it and you had to move it to the only flat space you had because the cord would plug in where the had it. They ran out of towels and wash cloths so they kept having to give us pool towels and had towels to use for wash cloth. We were there for a week and housekeeping never came. Key cards had to be reset every night. Part of the staff was rude others tried.

Breakfast wasn't that good. Juice machine didn't work and the biscuits were hard. Wish there was more of a selection. Rooms need to be updated.
