Decent price didn’t make up for poor environment and upkeep.

Cons:

Our hallway smelled like marijuana the entire time, despite being non-smoking, our room window had been force open at some point and was gapped open 1” to the open air outside, our shower stall had a large crack running through the base, the parking lot had broken down/inoperable cars taking up parking space, the pool was closed the entire stay. The staff ignored us for ten minutes upon checkin, while we watched them microwave their dinner.

Cleanliness, the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything, the tv didn’t work til the last day

A guest or guests were smoking in a non-smoking hotel. Some people were noisy during the night, the water was cold while taking a shower 🚿 unacceptable, the mattress had a bugger or some type of discharge, which was discussed, antiseptic, and unacceptable.

The beds were a little too firm for me.

No sausage in the biscuit and gravy. Need low fat yogurt, low sugar.

Given key to room already occupied. That was resolved. Interior of room was a little outdated. Walls were extremely thin. Heard room adjacent until 1am. Very frustrating.
