I didn't get the room that I booked. The hotel blames Booking.com. Both hotel and Booking.com have been notified. No

Booked a standard room with two beds. Was given a king with a roll-in bed. Did not learn of this until my arrival. Otherwise, I would have booked elsewhere. Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Very bright light on light switch that could not be turned off.
