Excellent service, room was very clean and modern. Receptionist was great and allowed us to check in early after an early flight and washed all our laundry quickly and for an excellent price. 10/10

A great hotel for a short stay in Hanoi
Pros:

Fantastic location, extremely helpful and welcoming staff, with comfortable rooms. Free snacks in the lobby were handy for a light breakfast, and staff helped me greatly with luggage storage after checkout.

Приятный персонал, всегда готовы помочь. Хорошее расположение в пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей. В номере чисто, полотенца меняют каждый день. Шум с улицы не особо слышно, спать не мешает.

Pros:

הצוות בקבלה מקסים. ממליצים על מקומות וממש נחמדים ורוצים לעזור. החדר נקי מאוד, גם השירותים עם המצעים. המלון נעול בלילה ויש משהו בקבלה קבוע ששומר ופותח את הדלת למי שמגיע.

Cons:

המיקום לא מאוד קרוב לאזור המרכזי, נסיעה של כמה דקות.

Für eine Nacht sehr gut
Pros:

Personal mit gutem Englisch und guten Empfehlungen. Sicht auf den Zug, dadurch aber manchmal auch sehr laut. Zimmer groß!

Cons:

Lage ein bisschen ab vom Schuss.
