Pros:

I would have liked the pool and hot tub, which is why I specifically chose this hotel, however, after I booked the room (when checking in), I was informed that the pool and hot tub were closed. This stay was an overpriced disappointment.

Cons:

The door is terribly heavy, the smoke alarm fell off the ceiling, there was some party on Tuesday which was happening right underneath my window, the ice machine appears to be long overdue for a proper cleaning, and there wasn't even enough ice for a glass

Very unsatisfied
Pros:

The beds were good.

Cons:

The pool wasn't open and they guy said it hasn't been for awhile. That was one of the reasons we booked that hotel so that was extremely disappointing that we did not know in advance.
Room was small, room and bathroom smelled odd and the bathroom fans, shower etc need a really good cleaning. Breakfast was 1 out of 10

It was a bed that was comfortable. That was the best part.

Said they have onsite charging. They do not. There are Tesla chargers nearby. Their pool and hottub were closed with no information provided.

Nice, but should rename it to Better Western.
Pros:

Room was nice and quiet, staff was mostly helpful

Cons:

How do you close the pool, and make little effort to fix it in the middle of summer. You should make better effort to make the property fully available. Also, the sausage is dried out and over cooked, and has much less options than other Best Western Hotels we’ve stayed at.

My daughter was as disappointed as we were.

I would not stay there again, over all it was ok.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was complete with many options, eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. The coffee was decent. The location was not far from the center of Santa Fe.

Cons:

The room was next to the road and the squeaky elevator - lots of noise all night. With the fan on and a blanket it was too cold. With fan off it was too loud. The whole place is dusty. The shower was a trickle and not hot. The shampoo was very drying.

Breakfast as good, about what you would expect from Best Western. Staff was exceptional as I am handicapped and they assisted me with a smile and no complaints.

Not the best. Staff could use more personality skills and energy. It’s summertime and the pool is closed—not conducive
Pros:

Staff were ok; they don’t connect as well as I would like. Accommodating but base line service only. They all seemed unhappy with how they lacked eye contact and connection.

Cons:

The pool was closed. There was nothing on Booking.com or the hotel website indicating the pool was down, but when I arrived to check in, the concierge informed the couple in front of me, so I overheard. I travel with two children who were cooped up in a car for days, and one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the amenities it offered. Please indicate on Booking.com when amenities are not functional, as this will determine which hotels chosen. The hotel had a print out of WiFi, breakfast hours, and pool being down, which tells me it’s been down for a while. When I looked at the pool, it looked normal and clean. Going to look at other businesses for booking future travels.

it was the best place I stayed.
Pros:

Breakfast was warm. Good selection of fresh items. Room was quiet and hallway and room was very clean. Staff was friendly. During my travels I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, a Marriott, and a Hilton Spark in addition to this Best Western. This one beat all the pricier ones easily. It was cleaner, staff was friendlier, and food was much better.

Cons:

Elevator door was squeaky.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean up on a hill so the view was good

Cons:

The pool wasn’t open the two days we were there which was disappointing and the room was small the space between beds was narrow and the person on the outter side of the bed had to be careful not to run into a wall getting out of bed.

Exceed expectations for the price!
Pros:

The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The green chili was delicious. And I'm from Pueblo, Co. So we know chili.the room was nice.

Cons:

The only thing that was not as advertised was that the pool was closed. It looked fin. I know there is slot to keeping a pool.up, and it didn't impact us at all. Glad we did intend on using it.

CLEAN THE DUVET PLS!
