Pros:

Oscar and the ladies that work here are so sweet, kind, welcoming, tentative, and helpful! Amazing staff, convenient and cute little location right off the highway, being from Colorado we felt like it really was the perfect generalized spot close enough to get to your different activities, but still tucked away quiet at night and away from the busy day traffic! Amazing AC unit and loved that we could open the window to listen to the wind and get fresh air:) My honey loves ice in his water and really appreciated the ice machine room lol.

Cons:

Pool was closed and it wasn’t posted anywhere/we weren’t notified that it would be:(
Not the best breaky (even the scrambled eggs were really grainy/chunky and pancake machine batter was never refilled, to keep review(s) higher I’d honestly just offer yogurt muffins coffee juice and something easy like a good quality/local granola/granola bars and or toast with again some good or local Santa Fe jams jellies), a little outdated when it comes to the bedrooms (popcorn ceiling), and shower could have been a bit better cleaned or is just really old and the shower door had some corrosion rusting. New black modern bath fixtures/hardware though and LOVED the Lather brand lotion/soaps/shamp and conditioner (clean ingredients!)

Room and inside nice enough, pool facilities were not what appeared online
Pros:

The pool / hot tub was not clean, nor inviting. It was the reason I stayed at this property. I did not use the pool.

Disappointing and won’t stay there again.
Pros:

Room was large, breakfast was good, plenty of parking.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub was closed by the city and it was not mentioned on there website or any place else. Bed was terrible, the fan in the bathroom was loud and carpet showed wear.

Pros:

The room was clean…the hotel was in a location that both my sister and I felt safe. The breakfast was very good. The staff was kind, attentive and professional! We really enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable and great value
Pros:

The facility was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Sometimes in hotels you can hear everything going on outside, but we were able to sleep comfortably and were not woken up. The staff was able to help us with an early check in which we appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing specific or bad, it is a basic budget inn. The location is a little bit of a drive to downtown but we anticipated that and chose a cheaper option and decided to drive instead.

Thankful for the room and cost and breakfast was very good.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good! Very happy with it.

Cons:

The Inn needs upgrading. Poor lighting in bath area.
Person who checked us in could have been more helpful with regards to directions and food. When we checked out, a different man was helpful and gave us a map.
The room is very small. The shower had black gunk on it. While in NM, we stayed at 4 hotels. This one was the one we did not care for.

Good stay if only for a night.
Pros:

Right off 1-25 and close to city

Cons:

It needs an upgrade. Haw old ac/heater units and don’t have thermostat to regulate temp. Tv remotes don’t work and also need upgrade.
