I will be back if I am in town for more work-related events! Perfectly fit my needs!
Pros:

I wasn't sure if there was complimentary breakfast or not, and there was so that was a pleasant surprise! I had supper and drinks there too, they were excellent! Wonderful facility and staff! My room was the perfect size for traveling solo without being boring or dull. It was also quiet!

Pros:

Very quiet property easily accessible to most of the Des Moines area. Room was very quiet. Bar/restaurant area was nice, as was the evening meal. Complementary breakfast was better than most.

Cons:

The design of the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. There is no door for privacy and noise suppression for the shower area.

Pros:

The pool that is advertised is not on property. To access the pool you must go to the hotel next door and the front desk person will have open the door to the pool area. The area was clean and the hotel was nice but I wish I had known the POOL WAS NOT IN THE HOTEL
