You certainly get what you pay for.
Pros:

For a spur the moment trip, cost was certainly appealing. It was convenient location and between much nicer hotels which gave the illusion of safety.

Cons:

It took us roughly a half hour to check in. We arrived at roughly 6:15 and there was no one at the front desk to check us in. There was a sign on the desk saying they would be back at 6:30. The lobby bathrooms were locked which was unfortunate as well. No one came to the desk until about 6:45 which created other scheduling issues. The hallways and room smelled of cigarette smoke and the front door had multiple cracks in it. The showers were unusable and the sheets had green goo stains on it.
