It was clean and nice personnel.
They didn’t have wifi during my 3 night stay!
Poor breakfast

The receptionist who claimed to be the owner of the hotel, refused to give us entry to the room we booked. She said it was not available, and that we have to leave. She also started shouting at us to call booking and that she doesnt know why the room booking is not showing on her system. She also threatened to call the police and kick us out of ”her” country.

Nothing was likable. The Hotel bumped our reservation off for no reason when we reached the hotel to check in. And, the manager was nowhere to be found to answer. I was left without a reservation and had to make urgent, expensive bookings because I was with family. All this after confirmation, and speaking to the manager before we even arrived in Yerevan. We arrived at 2:40pm and he messaged me on Whataspp at 2:45pm informing me that my booking is cancelled as they are overbooked. There was also many other customers who were facing the same problem. Not a good establishment if they cannot treat the customers properly.
Good Hotel within easy driving distance/taxi to city centre.
Good breakfast buffet selection.
Staff very helpful, especially Ms Kema, who spoke very good English.
Rooms clean and comfortable.
For the price, not too bad.
We booked the room with the Spa bath but it was out of order when we arrived. It still had water in it from either previous guest or some other reason - not good.
We were moved to a different room with Spa bath. Could have done without this hassle after a long drive down from Tbilisi.
Hotel is on a fairly noisy main road.
Breakfast was good, staffs were cooperative. Buses are available in front of the hotel to city and other places as well as to metro station. Location of the hotel is not much sound polluted.
Smoking smell from other rooms especially evening / night hours which badly affected our sleep, even not good for people like us who doesn't smoke.
Talking loudly during night hours was also a disturbance.
Hotel front doors are not locked even when there is no one at the reception during night time.
The property was amazing, very clean, very freshly staff, one of the best hotels I stayed at

The location was a little far from the city center, but the professional ethics of the employees, especially Mrs. Kima, and having facilities such as a hairdresser and nail artist, which Mrs. Alla's work was excellent, and full, delicious and varied breakfasts, and Mrs. Anoush's kindness in serving food and being available Being all of them at any time
And the very nice hotel driver, Mr. Hayek, who became good friends with us☺️😊
