Clean
Fire alarm kept going off.
Quiet location. Near food and grocery store
The location is safe and close to all the things you’d need.
The staff were kind but not friendly, the sheets were pilled, there was no soap or shampoo in any of the dispensers in the shower, the shower smelled of sour towels, there were no face tissue, and there was no water fountain or water available in the dining room.
I liked the fact I did not see any bugs.
The elevator stunk from smoke. The shower had a cracked floor, filth and was so disgusting I couldn’t use it. I fell on ice in the parking lot, reported it to the desk and nothing was done about it.
Very helpful staff; Good breakfast choices.
Convenient location, nice enough room. They're renovating so it can only get better
The first room I was given had a disgusting shower, the electrical outlets were hanging out of the walls, and the light switches on the wall by the door didn't turn on ANY lights. The second room I was given also had no lights when you walked in so had to use my phone on the farm to turn on the desk lamp, had a dirty lamp on the desk (stains on the lamp shade), smelled like chlorine, and you could hear EVERYTHING going on outside. There was a gap under the door so 100% sound from the elevator area filtered in. Also the curtains on the windows are not room darkening. And there's a smoking patio right below the window where you can hear all the riffraff conversing.
Size of king room.
Our second and likely last stay here. The bathroom needs updating and attention to detail when doing so. . Also can hear noise from hallway, nearby rooms. Not a peaceful night sleep. Also, get rid of old carpet in rooms. Seems gross.
Cooked portions were cooked properly
Good choice
Nothing
It was a lady there at the front desk she told me it was going to be a extra 100 for using my debit card and I will receive my 100 back when I check out in never got it back….never go there
It was a solid room for the 60 minutes we were there, until the smell of marijuana began to emerge from the HVAC or hallway.
Aforementioned smell, and unresponsive manager, who doesn’t seem to value guests. After logging a complaint Tuesday, July 29, I have yet to hear back from them.
NOTHING!
The lobby was filled with boxes to the point you could hardly walk through it. The ice maker was leaking and the hallway carpet was drenched. The washer and dryer was out of order. The shampoo, conditioner and bath soap dispensers on the shower wall were empty. The room was dark and had a musty smell. Housekeeping never serviced my room. The breakfast was horrible. There was only one luggage cart available for the whole hotel. The people in the room next to me and above me were extremely loud until 1:00 am all three nights I was there. I will NEVER go back!!!
Everything being renovated. The furniture in our room was scratched up and beat up. We felt we had to check for bedbugs. It was a place neither one of us would step foot in the yellowed old shower
