Front desk didn't give me my deposit back in full because they said I didn't tell them about my dogs being with me when I did. They took $60 out of my $100 deposit because of my animals.when I paid for my dogs to be with me.

Pros:

Nothing,I checked in and immediately checked out and the hotel kept my money. All of it. I never even went to the room. The front door clerk was rude. Ill never go to Best Western again. The robbed me.

I will never stay here again nor would I ever recommend it.

This is the worst Best Western I’ve ever stayed at.
Music blasting in the lobby at midnight
People in the parking lot partying all night. Facilities are not up to par. Even toilet paper holder in the tiny bathroom was broken and hanging.
Floors need remodel.
