My stay was more than what I was expecting, will be returning for future trips!
Pros:

The process on checking inn was quick and straightforward came to the room and it was clean everything was excellent! Breakfast was hot and delicious couldn’t ask for more than what they had to offer.

The staff caused me emotional distress
Pros:

I am very upset with the way I was treated. When I was waiting in the lobby to make another reservation, a few police approached me and one of them asked me what my name was. I asked the manager, Gene, why he sent them and he said because when he asked to see my I.D., and I didn't show him my I.D. This is not true. He never asked to see my I.D. Furthermore, I was already staying in the hotel, and had to show my I.D. when I checked in, so there was anyhow no reason to ask to see my I.D. This situation with the police approaching me for no reason gave me a lot of emotional distress, and this was not right. In addition, I was trying to figure out how to get the money to stay for another 2 nights as I couldn't get a flight that morning, and the director of sales approached me and said he was running my debit card and if there wasn't enough money, my reservation would be canceled. When I asked him why, he said that there were other guests that were booking for multiple nights. In other words he was just interested in making more money, whereas I already had stayed in the hotel and was in a stressful situation and he should have given me priority, besides that this was before check-in time.
And by the way, the housekeeper put the garbage can on the vanity in the room, the garbage can should have been placed on the floor.
I called after I had left the hotel and spoke to the front desk worker, Rohan, as I wanted to speak to Gene about a few concerns I had, things I wanted to clarify. Rohan was very mean, he said not to call as this was a place of business, well what does he think I'm calling about? It's like once they got my money, and I left the hotel, he treated me in a mean manner. And by the way, where does he think his paycheck is coming from? His paycheck is coming from guests like me. If there wouldn't be guests staying in this place, he wouldn't have a job. So when I called back again at another time to speak to the manager, Rohan, said he would call the police and they would come to my house. Well, this was absolutely cruel. Totally uncalled for. More emotional distress. Rohan should be fired.
