Overall the facility, even with facility age related wear and tear, seemed well kept and maintained.
We felt comfortable and safe.

Cons:

Nothing major to complain about. Maybe a few minor things could be tweaked here and there as it is an aging property. Like fixing or replacing loose toilet flush knobs or wobbly door safety latches that maybe wearing out (not the deadbolts, the screw on the door jam latches). All functional but well worn. Also more frequent deep cleanings in the common areas and halls, especially the carpets, would make it feel fresher.

Wonderful stay I have to be back for an in a couple of months so I will stay here again
Pros:

Location. It was so close to the Shepherd center where I needed to be early the next morning

Cons:

Tho only thing I didn’t like was the Atlanta traffic trying to get to the hotel

Thank goodness we only stayed for one night.

The location is good to access multiple locations

Cons:

Hallways and rooms smelled - they need to refresh carpet. The second toilet in our suite didn’t work! I think the staff already knew this and put us in that room anyway. Offered no discount. HVAC system is old.

The first room I had, shower was very small and I ended slipping and fell in the shower. The shower had a handicap bar b

Property was in a great location for the purpose of my trip. Felt like a very safe area.

Cons:

The property needs to be upgraded. When traveling I always book with Holiday Inn and this one seems to be on the older side.
