Pros:

The location was good for my needs and the breakfast was very nice.

Pros:

All was good,breakfast as well except I prefer to not use little plastic cups for half &half.

Cons:

Maybe have jacuzzi suites or a hot tub available, especially for late night. We went to a concert & would've enjoyed that opportunity later.

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

I have stayed at this property several times previously and felt it was in a good location and a safe place to stay. However, when I stayed here May 12-14, 2026, I decided I probably no longer would choose this hotel when staying in Buckhead. The day of check in, we noticed that the phone would not work properly when my husband tried to call the front desk to inform them that the ice maker on the floor we were on was not working. He ended up going downstairs to report the phone issue and the ice machine issue. When my husband went to take a shower, the handle on the shower fell off. During the night, the individuals in the room next to us began slamming doors, cursing, and yelling. No one had come to repair our phone, so we couldn't reach the front desk and we not comfortable to go outside and inform the front desk. We tried calling with our cell phones, but no one picked up. This incident went on for several hours, which meant we did not get any sleep. I reported everything to the front desk again that morning and was told it would be reported to the mananger and the manager would give me a call later that day. I never did hear from a manager because the manager was never told. On the day of check out, our phone was still out of order, the shower handle had still not been repaired, and the ice maker on the floor was still not working. I spoke to a manager that morning and the only compensation I wass given was IHG points. I give two stars because the room was clean, the beds were comfy, and my husband found the breakfast filling. Next time I am in the area, however, I will pay more to stay somewhere else. This was not the quality I expected from a Holiday Inn Express, especially one where I have stayed at least 5 or 6 times over the last year and a half.
