Property was in a great location for the purpose of my trip. Felt like a very safe area.

Cons:

The property needs to be upgraded. When traveling I always book with Holiday Inn and this one seems to be on the older side.

Pros:

it was beautiful. they had a fire pit outside! We got a king suite at a very reasonable price on new year’s eve. I was very happy with this hotel! They also allowed us an hour late check out (noon) with was great.

Our room had blood on the wall and on a towel as well as what looked to be bleach stains on one wall.
Staff was very nice and bed was not uncomfortable.

My stay here was by far stellar. The professionalism and regard is unmatched.
Pros:

The gentleman on duty greeted me with a warm welcome as if I were coming home. His professionalism and mannerisms were undeniable. The atmosphere is inviting, warm, welcoming, and upscale. Several times during my stay the staff initiated conversations. They asked numerous times if they could be of service to me. I had fresh towels as I stepped out of the door to ask. This experience was remarkable in every way. I would revisit this establishment and recommend it to others. You made my stay memorable. Thank you.

Cons:

During check out there were no carts available for me to use to take my belongings to the vehicle. I’m certain multiple people were checking out simultaneously.

Close to perfection!

Great breakfast, great parking, it was right across the street from a Target, right up the street from the fun Atlanta area!
