This establishment makes a lot of effort to save money at everyone else’s expense.
Pros:

The receptionist was very nice and the gardens were creative and well maintained.

Cons:

The rooms are poorly constructed. The owner has gone to great lengths to save money by building with cheap materials and inexperienced carpenters. The breakfast was very salty and again the ingredients were obviously cheap. The young man cooking breakfast all by himself was doing the best he could.

Lovely weekend getaway
Pros:

The staff was accomodating. We needed to change our room and they were more than happy to take care of that for us. Breakfast was perfect. Simple and tasty. Coffe is great from their own farm.

Cons:

Better description on booking site. There is no restaurant or amenties available on site. Make certain you get this ahead. Thats about it.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel with a working ranch so lots of animals to see. The view from the hill nothing short of spectacular. The included breakfast was very good as was the homegrown coffee. The room small but adequate with AC, TV and small fridge. Very quiet room and comfortable bed. The receptionist, Stefanie is excellent and very helpful. Beautiful art on all walls of the hallway.

Cons:

The pool could be so nice but it was cold and hadn't been cleaned in a while. You couldn't walk the tiled walkways to the pool in your bare feet or you would step in bird droppings. This whole area needs a thorough cleaning. The restaurant has been closed since covid started. Only lucky we had picked up a takeout just in case. No restaurants nearby either. They do serve a good breakfast in another building. The hotel is quite far from town about 5km.

Pros:

This is ok for a night, maybe two but not a holiday. The hotel consists of bedroom “pods” inside what used to be a stables block. Adequate but small rooms. The deluxe version consists of a “terrace” of about one square metre, and definitely not private. Lighting in the rooms was basic- in fact we couldn’t see the inside of the wardrobe!
Overall design concept was good just a tweak here and there would have made all the difference.
Disappointed that the pool was dirty and out of action. Restaurant was fine; not fine dining by any means but the free breakfast was good.

Peace and tranquility with nature!
Pros:
