Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple guests repeatedly described rooms as clean or 'super clean', with fresh paint/updated decor on several stays — overall cleanliness is a strong point.
Service
8
Mixed signals: several mentions of very friendly and helpful staff and easy check-in/out, but isolated serious failures (reservation cancellation, at least one 'terrible service' comment) reduce the score to a solid-but-not-perfect rating.
Location
9
Consistently praised for proximity to the sports complex and surrounding amenities; location is a clear positive despite some parking complaints.
Room Quality
8
Many guests found rooms comfortable with updated decor and good beds, though a number noted small rooms/showers, a small bathroom in places, or a noisy A/C unit.
Amenities
6.5
Amenities are limited: multiple complaints about lack of in-room coffee pots and sparse breakfast offerings; hotel appears newer but basic in offerings.
Value for Money
8.5
Several guests explicitly called out 'great value' and found the hotel convenient and reasonably priced, which supports an above-target value rating.
Food and Beverage
6
Repeated negative feedback about the breakfast (continental only, no hot choices, no waffles/eggs/meats) and missing in-room coffee — food/beverage is a notable weakness.
Overall Experience
9
Overall impressions skew positive for convenience, cleanliness, and friendly staff; however, there are some serious negative incidents (reservation cancellation, construction/noise, a reported data/booking breach) that affected a minority of stays.
