Pros:

L'hôtel est tres bien situé, à proximité du viel Hanoï, et à deux pas de train street.
Des petites rues piétonnes au calme, avec ses restaurants
Le lac, le théâtre de marionnettes, la maison centrale, les rues touristiques avec les boutiques de souvenirs, la pâtisserie de Madame Huong, tout est accessible à pied à moins de 10 minutes.
Le personnel très serviable.
Les chambres propres et spacieuses....

La situation géographique.

Suite à l’indisponibilité de la chambre Deluxe que nous avions réservée, l’hôtel nous a relogés dans un autre établissement de leur chaîne. Il nous avait pourtant été garanti que nous bénéficierions d’une chambre de catégorie équivalente. Or, à notre arrivée, nous avons finalement été installés dans une chambre standard, qui ne correspondait pas au standing initialement réservé.

Comme il ne s’agissait que d’une nuit, nous n’avons pas souhaité faire davantage de démarches sur le moment. Malheureusement, notre nuit n’a pas été très reposante. La chambre était située près d’un escalier de service , isolée et, à chaque fois qu’une personne de l’immeuble utilisait les sanitaires pendant la nuit, un bruit désagréable se faisait entendre et résonnait dans notre chambre ce qui nous a empêchés de bien dormir toute la nuit .

Nous comprenons que des imprévus puissent arriver, mais nous aurions apprécié que la promesse d’une chambre équivalente soit respectée ou qu’une solution plus adaptée nous soit proposée.

Got Blindsided
Cons:

The hotel didn't have the facilities listed Iike jacuzzi, wellness spa etc. It was an old run down place where the lift starts fr 2nd flr. Room was very old where the bathroom pipe groaned on and off

Incredible customer service, fantastic location.
Pros:

This has been one of the best experiences of staying in a hotel I've had un my life. The staff exceeded with the incredible hospitality and all the recommendations and tours and Huyen was exceptional with top customer service. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will be back here next time we are in Hanoi

Cons:

Nothing to complain about, just maybe some more pictures of the rooms that don't have much light. But really all good.

Pros:

La ubicación excelente, cerca del centro pero a la vez en un sitio tranquilo para no escuchar bulla. Las camas muy cómodas, el personal muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento, siempre una sonrisa al recibirnos o despedirnos. Uno de los recepcionistas me ayudó con un tour que había contratado y tenían mal mi dirección lo agradezco totalmente. El té y frutas o snack en recepción nos salvaron un monto!

Quizás que la ducha mojaba casi todo el baño, pero se secaba rápido no era problema
