Très bon séjour !
Pros:

Personnel accueillant.
Petit plus appréciable pour la communication en français !
La chambre était propre ainsi que la salle de bain.
L'hôtel est bien placé, facile d'accès à pieds aux activités alentours.

Einfach nur Wahnsinn! Das Hotel ist eine kleine Wohlfühloase mitten im Trubel. Die Zimmer sind super schick und das Bett war wie auf Wolken – ich habe ewig không mehr so gut geschlafen. Das Personal? Ein Traum, so unfassbar herzlich! Wer nach Hanoi kommt, MUSS hier übernachten. Absolute Herzensempfehlung! ❤️

Pros:

Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sie halfen uns immer und zum Schluss durften wir nach dem Check Out noch die Backpacks dort lassen. Obwohl wir erst abends mit dem Zug weiter sind. Sie schenkten uns sogar noch zum Abschied Wasser. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Die Lage an der Train Street und nahe der anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten war perfekt!

Cons:

Die Toilette war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig angebracht, so dass große Menschen sich seitlich drauf setzen müssen, da die sich sonst die Knie an der Wand stoßen. Der Raum gab keine andere Ausrichtung mehr her. Dafür war sie sauber und in unseren Augen deswegen kein Minuspunkt :)

Comfortable for solo female traveler starting their journey in Vietnam
Pros:

Staff were so so helpful with tours, spoke good English and were always around. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. Close to train street.

Cons:

The street is not accessible for bus or taxi which made drop off and pick up difficult.
