Think Twice
Pros:

The apartment was adequately furnished with relatively new appliances. That said, I had two main issues with the property.

Firstly, the shower drain in my apartment was blocked and remained so for my entire 10 day stay. This meant taking a shower resulted in the entire bathroom floor being flooded. The managing agent sent staff to fix the problem but they did essentially nothing, claimed the issue was fixed and left. When I advised the managing agent the problem remained they claimed the issue could not be fixed as the tiles in the shower sloped away from the drain. This was not the case. The water level in the shower rose above the drain where it remained for some time before very slowly (over a few hours) draining away.

Secondly, the entry on Hotels.com states the apartment complex is a two minute walk from Sunway Pyramid Mall - "Sunway Pyramid Mall - 2 min walk". This is not the case, in fact it is an 8-10 minute drive in one direction and around 12-15 minutes coming back because of the way exit ramps etc have been placed. This was particularly problematic as I needed to be close to the Mall for work. I expect the information provided by accommodation providers to be correct on Hotels.com.

Services within the complex are also limited to a 7/11 and one restaurant which means you will need to travel if these do not meet your needs. This is not a big problem as taxis are cheap.

Pros:

Bad experience ever. The picture shown doesn’t match the actual unit u get. Actual unit is old. Please be careful as you need to pay additional security deposit before check-in and they will try to charge you extra money claiming you damage the goods after check out.

Pros:

I stayed for 2 weeks, pretty much evenings only, and the place was comfortable and convenient. For some of my trip, there was someone in the downstairs unit and I could hear them quite clearly. Could be a problem for light sleepers, but it wasn't for me. I had a couple of small issues that were dealt with quickly by the management, who were communicative and easy to reach.
