Mõnus koht ka pikemaks peatumiseks.
Pros:

Hotell, ehk siis korter oli suurepärane, piisavalt ruumi , head pesemisvõimalused ja söögitegemiseks kõik olemas. Lähedal üks kallimat sorti toidupood, kuid nagunii tõenäoliselt ollakse autoga, seega ostke odavamast poest söök. Ümbruskond vaikne ja tundus turvaline. Annaks maximum punktid, kui ei oleks olnud seda sissesaamise koodi jama. Natuke oli teema ka ukselukuga, lugege hoolikalt juhendit, et uks lahkudes sulguks.

Cons:

Lugesin tagasisidest ka varem, aga ei arvanud, et meiega see juhtub. Sissepääsu koodi saamine osutus peavaluks. Registreerimisteade saadeti vahetult enne ööbimist, mingil põhjusel ei saanud me laadida dokumendi ja enda pilti. Helistamine oli kulukas, internet meil oli. Õnneks aitas helistamisega üks noormees, kellel tundus ka koodi saamisega probleem olevat. Üks varasem hotell saatis meile enda tuvastamiseks lingi juba pea 2 nädalat varem, saime kodus kenasti kõik ära teha ja saabudes oli juba uksekood olemas. Kohapeal tegemine oli võimatu. Lõpuks saime saata otse e-mailile oma andmed. See ootamine seal värava taga oli tõeliselt tüütu. Küsige ise neilt juba varem registreerimiseks linki!!!

Nice modern rooms, good value in great location.
Pros:

The room was very clean, modern and comfortable with nice decor. Great shower although we could've done with more towels (not worth asking for a 2 day stay). The car park by the front gate was very handy and the location was perfect in a quiet side street just off the main road through FL. Good modern TV and coffee machine, and the vending machines outside are a nice touch. Overall good value for money for the location.

Cons:

As with other places with staffless check-in, the process wasn't the easiest, although the staff member I spoke on the phone with was very helpful and sorted my query straight away. We couldn't get the door to unlock the first few times trying the code, but it turned out the door 'needed a wiggle' to disengage. It was the same when locking it behind us when we went out - it needs lined up perfectly for the deadbolt to slide in. We also saw a couple of other guests struggling with their doors and talking on the phone.

The walls are paper thin - particularly if you have a neighbour through the partition door, where it sounds like they're in your apartment. Our neighbours were not noisy but we could hear them talking at night, and their TV etc.

Poor Communication & Unfulfilled Promises
Pros:

The location wasn't bad and it was reasonably clean

Cons:

- Lockbox code given was incorrect.
- Heating / cooling did not work. The unit was extremely cold and we got no assistance. We were promised a partial refund and never received it.
- There's no front desk so the communication is not easy. Their customer care team made numerous mistakes in regards to our booking and several unfulfilled promises.

Fine in a pinch but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The location was great, parking was easy. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean.

Cons:

They seem to have spent a lot on form and not function.
The check-in process is very impersonal, ring cams and messaging, for a boutique hotel.

The shower flooded the floor and there was only 2 towels, no bath mat. When requesting an extra towel, there’s no staff on site to assist with anything like that.
There is nowhere to put your luggage, no chair or luggage rack and not one hook or hanger.

The neighbor arrived at midnight and had difficulty getting access to his room. It was over 40 minutes of him trying to verify the door code, speak to an actual person. But the walls are so thin you hear and feel everything first hand.

No device charging ports.

No people or staff other than cleaners. Our room smelled like weed and is the main complaint. Was hard to sleep even it smelled so bad, but we needed to be there. Friend in the hospital.

It was a pleasant clean private experience at an excellent rate!
Pros:

The property was maintained meticulously clean. There was maximum privacy yet plenty of people around to feel safe.
