1ST ROOM THEY PUT ME IN, THE BED WAS NOT MADE AND HAD GARBAGE ON THE COUNTER.
2ND ROOM HAD SOMEONE IN IT, ALREADY
3RD ROOM WAS GOOD. BUT LUCKY SOMEONE CANCELLED THEIR RESERVATION, OR I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD A ROOM.

Loved the beautiful floors upon entry and staff was so friendly and nice

Room wasn’t super clean. There was white powder all over dresser and desk are. Hair in shower

If you need a place to crash for a night: it'll do.
Pros:

The staff was nice, check in was easy and the sheets were soft.

Cons:

There were only throw pillows on the bed, the air conditioner squeaked so loudly we had to turn if off to sleep, one of the draw handles on the desk was half broken off, and the smoke alarm in our room had been removed.

Was lied to about breakfast… the main reason we stayed Was told there was a full breakfast to be served we even called hotel prior to making reservations to make sure and then morning comes and they didn’t even have lights on I. Breakfast room. I then asked and was told oh the truck didn’t come so we don’t have anything which I believe is a lie. They didn’t serve breakfast because there were only a few people staying at the dump and didn’t wanna lose anymore
Money than they already are! I come to Jackson OFTEN but WILL NOT be back at any pace that charges extra for breakfast and not even have breakfast. We went out of our way to stay there because of the breakfast it was very disappointing
