Pros:

Hotel proche de la lagune avec une grande terrasse sur le toit pour déjeuner et pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée ( piscine)
Petit déjeuner varié.

A romantic stay in a stunning place
Pros:

Great location, short walk into town. Fantastic breakfast. The roof top space to relax with the pool is stunning, with views of the lagoon. Loved the bed - had a fab stay.

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, frente al balneario público más grande de bacalar y a 10 minutos caminando.

El personal fue muy amable y los,desayunos muy ricos.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama no era muy cómodo y la tv es de las que no tienen acceso a Internet.

En un día normal no haría falta la tv, pero desafortunadamente llovió a diario durante mi visita e hizo falta algo en qué entretenerse dentro de la habitación.

Très proche de tout ce que nous voulions visiter

Cons:

Le réveil du coq du matin à 5h du matin. Alors c’est chouette ouais mais quand on se couche à 0h01 heure du mat qu’à cinq heures on est déjà réveillé c’est sinon la literie très moyenne très inconfortable hôtel assez vétuste..

Pros:

Très bel établissement avec un patio très cosy.
Chambre très spacieuse, calme. Salle de bains très agréable. Literie très confortable.
Un petit déjeuner excellent servi dans le patio
Personnel professionnel, attentionné
Pas de parking mais facilité de stationnement à proximité.

L'accueil de Fransisco a été génial il nous a bien conseillé pour l'excursion sur la lagune c'était super👍❤️❤️❤️❤️quel expérience le déjeuner était tres copieux l'endroit était super beau quoi dire du roof top WOW!!! Je recommande sans hésiter.

Super friendly hotel close to the lagoon
Pros:

This is a great hotel and it’s the owner/managers attention to detail that makes it hum. I was worried about my late arrival via Tren Maya but Francisco assured me they’d wait past the normal time if necessary. The staff were so kind and accommodating. It’s super clean, the roof terrace is fantastic, breakfast is great. I loved it and felt very much at home. It’s close to a lovely public swimming dock.

Cons:

I had a great room, very comfy. The only thing I recommend is to get some bedside lights, the overhead lighting is far too bright and but conducive to relaxing.
