The location is great, but the room was disappointing for the price
Pros:

The restaurant and breakfast were really nice! The location is really good in the heart of Roppongi

Cons:

The room was tiny and quite dated, the aircon was lack lustre

飯店地點佳，服務有效率，早餐還不錯，交通方便，用餐、逛街、到景點方便，5～8分鐘到電車地鐵入口

櫃檯服務人員專業有效率
地點方便，走出飯店2分鐘到達不擁擠的唐吉柯德，飯店附近餐廳酒吧林立，景點麻布台、森大樓、國立新美術館、森美術館、三得利美術館都在10～15分鐘走路路程

飯店門口路邊就有很好的東京鐵塔，尤其夜景特別容易取景

Cons:

雙床房裡的空間Layout有點奇特，廁所在入口，後接洗手檯，浴室較小，設備較老舊，窄通道到房間，雙床佔據所有房間通道，兩人的行李無法放置，只能移一個行李箱到窄走道，通行勉強可過到洗手台及廁所

Overall the location & basic amenities were decent but expected much more for the pricing.
Pros:

Didn't have as it was overpriced. Vegetarian options are v.little. Given that a lot of international travellers come to Tokyo, it is surprising that there is not a wider choice of food options.

Cons:

There is no airport shuttle. Food options were v.v.limited. Room was tinier than expected for 3 guests.

Central stay in Tokyo
Pros:

The hotel lobby looked nice and check-in was quick and easy.
Staff were helpful.
Has a very nice cafe across the street and is on Roppongi which is very central.

Cons:

Very practical, could have more amenities.
Realized Roppongi is very noisy and creepy at night so it may not be for everyone.

Not worthy of five stars
Pros:

It's an aesthetically pleasing hotel, but you're just paying for a facade.

The rooms are of a good size and nice.

Cons:

The service at breakfast was not great. The breakfast itself is very limited in choice and there is no buffet. The senior staff member at the bar in the evening was not friendly.

The facilities are non existent, the gym is absolutely terrible. How can this be a 5 star? Very very bad value.

At minimum I just want a nice bed, nice breakfast and nice gym facility.

Great hotel in the heart of Roppongi! Enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

Convenient location, clean and spacious room, walk in shower, top floor room provided.

Cons:

The lights were controlled mainly by a pad device which was confusing to use.

Lovely stay in a well-appointed, centrally located boutique hotel
Pros:

The location was great. Walking distance to museums and parks. The room size was decent especially for central Tokyo and it had a nice japanese shower/bath. The gym was small but well equipped and convenient. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

We needed a late checkout but I didn't appreciate that we had to pay for it. It also wasn't convenient that we had to come by the front desk again to get the keys reactivated which ate into my extended time which I needed for packing. Made it more stressful than necessary.

Great hotel in a convenient location with modern rooms and highly helpful service.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, modern, and located in a nice area close to the metro station. The staff provided excellent service, welcoming our baby with a thoughtful stuffed animal gift, recommending good local restaurants, and helping forward our luggage to our next hotel. There is also a great coffee shop right across the road.

Cons:

Nothing really, the stay was good and satisfactory.

• The view from the restaurant is beautiful, with a direct view of Tokyo Tower.

• I appreciated the practical facilities available to guests, including microwaves, vending machines, and complimentary disposable plates and cutlery, which made it easy to enjoy takeaway meals in the room.
