The location only. Otherwise it was a mouldy, dirty over priced hotel
Overpriced and dirty. Nothing luxury about it.
Stains on the bedding. Dirty carpet, mould everywhere you looked in the bathroom, horrible hotel.
The staff were were very friendly and welcoming excellent customer service
Perfect location
No air con in the room
Very outdated decor
The continental breakfast was very poor, one of the worst I’ve experienced it was cheap food, awful basic coffee, teapots not cleaned, cold food, just awful quality
Property was in a good location for central Exeter and the staff were excellent
The room was very stuffy very hot. The whole hotel is quite tired and not worth the price.
The staff were excellent and the room was clean.
The fan in the room wasn't the best which made for an uncomfortable night however it's not the hotels fault it was 35 degrees on Thursday!
The pillows was covered in blood
Cleaning
Great location for the city centre and central train station. The room and public spaces were clean.
No air-conditioning and the cost for a single room is high.
Location was perfect
Nice room comfortable bed
No air conditioning
We attended a Wedding which was beautiful. The food and staff we couldn’t fault.
I am disabled and was very disappointed that there were no ground floor rooms and they didn’t have a lift that was working.
Also the rooms were very hot despite having a fan.
Opposite the train station as well as on the high street so it's central to anywhere in the city of Exeter. Room and bathroom were spacious. Clean bedding, wardrobe, full size iron and board, and a good shower.
Windows didn't open out very much as it was rather hot inside with outside temps. at 20 - 23C. Was given a fan to remedy this. With the location being so central, it made it difficult to sleep due to the outside revellers from the bars/pubs in the area. This died down eventually.
Location
No air conditioning, room too hot. Having to pay £5 to leave suitcase .
La posizione
Non c’era l’aria condizionata
Non ci hanno rifatto la stanza e non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani
Everything
Locations
Noise
Good location.
Whilst appreciating that we visited during a heatwave, the budget fan provided was ineffective and I had no sleep.
Great location directly across the road from Exeter Central Station. Therefore, if you arriving via Exeter St David's it is quicker and cheaper to jump on a passing train to Exeter Central than exit the station and walk or get a taxi.
I was more than happy with my stay nothing to add here.
Nothing
No aircon in room
Mattress had its best days
Breakfast was a rip-off: when I arrived at 8.45 a few ore-fried eggs left and hardly anything else to eat.
Location
Room outdated and bathroom unusable due to dirty mastic
Great location.
