Very poor and overpriced
Cons:

The room was unbearably hot with no air con and windows that would only open an inch. The fan supplied was extremely noisy which meant you could not have it on at night. The shower was very poor with very little water pressure.

Good location to see what Exeter has to offer.
Pros:

Beautiful building steeped in history! Near to the city centre. Good shower pressure. Fan in the wardrobe - needed in this weather!! Pub attached to the hotel.

Cons:

Very noisy - at the top of the stairs on the 1st floor so every time the door opened could hear people on the creaky floor!
Bathroom quite crammed due to style of shower screen. Lots of noise outside my room through the early morning - deliveries? Double glazing not very effective
