Fantastic staff
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to organise parking and an earlier breakfast for my wife who was booked in for a c section the next day. Excellent service 😁😁 Great central location too.

A comfortable enough one night stay, I didn't use any of the hotel facilities.
Pros:

Spacious room in a good location
Pros:

The location was great right in the heart of town. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was as well. We were also able to park our car in the lot which was very convenient. I also appreciated that they had snacks and water available for sale in the lobby.

Cons:

The bed was pretty firm and the pillows weren't the most comfortable. There was also some hair that was not ours in the bath/shower when we arrived. Additionally, there is only one elevator for the building which meant that sometimes it could take a while waiting for it to arrive.

Fine for a quick visit but would look to stay somewhere else next time
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

You can tell the hotel was beautiful at one point but it’s not been maintained and so it just looks old now. Our room wasn’t great, there was mould on the shower curtain, you couldn’t open the windows so it got very stuffy. The bed was massive but the mattress was very springy and uncomfortable.

Huge gaps under the doors. Cold no heating or air con.
Pros:

Location was central

Cons:

Not enough parking spaces and the doors to the rooms have huge gaps under so you could fit a whole face under it very unnerving.
Not enough towels for two people either. Windows don’t close properly.
