Pros:

Staff on Reception was really pleasant and helpful, the room was tidy and quiet, breakfast was fantastic and real value for money.

Cons:

Technology where I like one to one with a person as to me trying to understand machines, I went to get a drink a red bull and because it had alcohol to buy it I had to prove age, if it been a human they would have noticed I'm a 58 year old man definitely do not have to prove age 🫣

We booked a twin room , we were given a double with a put up bed which was very uncomfortable as well making the room very cramped.

Perfect location, great bar and good start to holiday. Loved th pods to the airport.

Convenient location, loved the aviator bar to watch the takeoffs. Aircon had been put on prior to arrival, which was incredible in a heat wave!

The staff were absolutely excellent....nothing was too much of a problem for them. They all made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

There was a lounge where once a bar existed but that is long gone. If you want tea or coffee you have to take it from a machine.

Convenient and reasonably priced.
Pros:

The location of the hotel in connection to T5, Heathrow, is very good, It only takes a few minutes using the POD to get to the terminal. The hotel rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. When staying for 1 night before an early flight, this hotel is perfectly adequate.

Cons:

There is no lift so you have to carry suitcases upstairs. This is explained before you go, but it would have been helpful to have a ramp in for the few steps up from reception area.
