Transport from the airport is possible in the following way:
1. Public Bus (The Public Bus is not free, charges apply) : Direct Access from Terminal 5 to Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5: From Terminal 5, follow the signs to ‘local busses’ and use bus 423 (I from Terminal 5). The hotel stop is called Heathrow Park Thistle Hotel (J).
2. Via Heathrow POD automatic driverless electronic vehicles which transport customers between London Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5 and the Thistle Hotel in just 5 minutes. (Charges apply.)
Please note that interconnecting rooms are available upon request and subject to availability.
Lorries, coaches, and trucks cannot be accommodated in the car park due to space restrictions.

Perfect location for an early morning flight from Heathrow terminal 5, fun and easy to use the pods, really friendly staff, basic but comfortable room.
Be aware that you will need a code to open the gate which leads from the car park to the hotel, and this wasn’t given to us ahead of time. There’s a button you can press at the gate to ask the code from reception, but no one picked up when we tried. We had to wait for someone to leave the hotel to open the gate for us!
