Transport from the airport is possible in the following way:
1. Public Bus (The Public Bus is not free, charges apply) : Direct Access from Terminal 5 to Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5: From Terminal 5, follow the signs to ‘local busses’ and use bus 423 (I from Terminal 5). The hotel stop is called Heathrow Park Thistle Hotel (J).
2. Via Heathrow POD automatic driverless electronic vehicles which transport customers between London Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5 and the Thistle Hotel in just 5 minutes. (Charges apply.)
Please note that interconnecting rooms are available upon request and subject to availability.
Lorries, coaches, and trucks cannot be accommodated in the car park due to space restrictions.
For advance purchase rates, the card used to make the booking must be presented upon arrival along with the appropriate ID.

Easy location for terminal 5.
All ok
We've stayed here several times now when flying from T5.
Excellent if you need to park and use the pod (although price for the pod has increased and is not such great value for money).
There's plenty of food options at the hotel,or walkable to a fast food restaurant for cheaper options.
On previous visits we've paid the hotel directly for parking.
It was only this trip I realised you can prepay with Just Park, this was a considerably cheaper option.

It was only here one night before flying there was nothing we didn’t like about property
Near the airport
No lifts & all fire doors closed, we were also at the very end, trying to go through the closed & spring fire doors with 23kg bags was a nightmare
The room was nice, and the staff informative
The fact that there are no lifts, and had to walk a very long way as a disabled person to get to and from the room with my bags. Also broken sleep due to parties and I was under the impression that this hotel was in T5 or nearer. Not a bus ride away. (Actual bus so no storage for bags!)

We arrived at 17:30 after a 15 hour flight, given our room key, walked all the way to our room to find it hadn’t been prepared, dirty towels in the bath, bed not changed or made and dirty cups.
