Location and convience are a big win here
Pros:

Late check in and early check out easily supported, super close to Heathrow, and enjoyed riding the pods into Heathrow in the morning. There was air con which was nice

Cons:

Felt dated and cleaning wasn’t 100%, but for the price paid, wasn’t too big of an issue

Stunning view to the airport. Loved every single minute of my stay there.
Pros:

Location with spectacular views from the restaurant/bar. Amazing for airplanes lovers. Great room size, and very clean. Staffs very professional and friendly. Highly recommend it.

Perfect for a 1 night pre - flight stay with small but comfortable room , good T 5 access
Pros:

Very handy for terminal 5 access via the pod. Small but comfortable enough for a 1night stay.

Cons:

I rang for room service an hour before close of service and was advised they were very busy and would take 60-90 minutes but quicker if I went to the restaurant! As I was already in my PJs I declined that invitation.

It was ok for one night
Pros:

The room's air conditioning was excellent and worked very well. The breakfast itself was good, and the restaurant staff were outstanding—very friendly, helpful, and professional.
I also noticed that the hotel's website states that breakfast is complimentary. However, in reality, breakfast is not free for adults. It costs £12 if booked in advance and £16 if purchased on the same day.
Because of the poor communication and the lack of information provided by the receptionist about the breakfast policy, they only charged me for my breakfast and did not charge for my 11-year-old daughter's breakfast.
One additional point is that the airport shuttle bus costs £8.50 per person, but it does not have air conditioning, which made the journey quite uncomfortable, especially during warm weather.

Cons:

The staff member who checked us in was named Mercy. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was very poor.
She did not provide us with any information that breakfast would be cheaper if purchased a day in advance. When I asked her where our room was located, she refused to explain how to get there. I was traveling with four suitcases and my 11-year-old daughter, yet I had to carry all the luggage myself through a long corridor because she gave me no directions or assistance in finding the room.
In addition, she did not provide any information about the Wi-Fi service in the room.

Great place to stay before an early Heathrow flight
Pros:

Clean hotel and helpful staff. Conveniently located near Terminal 5 via their exclusive pods

Cons:

The food at the restaurant wasn’t great- pizza crust was soggy and couldn’t tell if it had tomato sauce
