​I paid extra for a sea view room, but there was a huge, smeared bird poop right in the middle of the window. Of course, these things happen. Also, the music from the beach is very loud, so everyone should bring earplugs.

Including the front desk manager himself.
The housekeeping was even worse! We requested a heater to our room and she literally shoved it at my wife’s face and just left!
A simple courtesy was not shown from any of them!
We originally planned to stay a couple of nights but left happily to take our money elsewhere …
Very unhelpful

Surely won’t recommend this hotel to anyone planning ti visit Brighton and have a great stay!

Room had a great view of the beach and the old American dinner, staff were friendly and honest reception, restaurant i had chicken club was best I've had in years good price too, breakfast was great wonderful selection of food and drinks, the bar staff were great good laugh, as i the night porter for hotel du vin i left the nights staff alone as i know how tough it is over all great stay would stay again let me know if you need staff lol
