Pros:

I loved it and Tao was verh helpful! The hidden room service add on was bad. Importantly, om Friday around 10:55 the hotel called a taxi to Grand Avenue for Jamie. He was a very dangerous driver, almost killing me. His mumber is 57. Brighton and Hove taxis, report him!

A great place to stay.
Pros:

The location, the staff, the room, the breakfast, the parking and the cleanliness. You name it - It was all excellent.
The really outstanding thing to me was the quality, the variety and the quantity of in room tea, coffee, milk etc.
Every used item was replenished daily by the excellent staff. The best I have come across in a lifetime of hotel stays!

Leonardo Brighton
Pros:

The location was amazing, so close to all the places we like to visit when in Brighton. A different less personal experience than the other hotels in Derby and Chester that we have stayed in.

The facilities were good, the room clean, the breakfast was very good.. The shower wasnt the best, the bed was way too firm for the pair of us and getting the aircon to work with any certainty was a lottery. The bonus being the discounted parking saved the day.

For.the value for money in the price, we would stay again.

Cons:

The beds and pillows way too firm for us.

The shower needed more power.

The aircon needed help as wasnt the best to control

Amazing, friendly, outstanding - you must stay here . Location here is the best

I cannot fault this hotel at all . The staff in particular Jerome and Annie made our stay superb . I had constant contact with the hotel and a call on the morning wishing us a lovely stay and we were upgraded .. my husbands 65 th . We were welcomed and the hotel staff without exception were fantastic . Our suite was amazing . Nobody could do more at this hotel . Jerome /Annie you are amazing - breakfast - my goodness do not miss this . Fresh and everything for everybody .
