Great location, lovely room (working air con during the heatwave was very welcome!).
I would have liked a disabled room
Rooms were large
Good facilities, helpful staff and lovely room.
I love the hotels modern interior, it’s located next to the beach, rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is good.
I thought the pool was very small and could get overcrowded.
Breakfast was excellent with great choice of food although fried and scrambled eggs were a little dried on the buffet table.
Breakfast room was excellent and airy.
Aircon was superb.(and required during the June 2026 heatwave)
Rear entrance outside was a little run down due to rough sleepers taking up residence nearby.
Location for access to The Lanes and local restaurants and pubs was ideal. Walking around was easy and mostly flat or on small gradient.
Pier was 5 minutes walk from front of hotel and access to prom.
Rear entrance area needs cleaned up a little.
Air conditioning
Sea view
Comfy bed
Pillows
Superior Room with King Bed was excellent. Presentation, cleanliness, air-con, view, it ticked all the boxes. Staff were excellent, very polite and professional. Great location, just couple of minutes walk from pier.
Buffet service for full English breakfast items was below par. Bacon overcooked, eggs and sausages tired looking. My wife took two bites and left rest on plate. This was at 08:50 on Monday morning. Fortunately they do have a chef cooking omelettes - that was excellent. As well as a large selection of cold food options.
Great view from room.
Breakfast was medioca
Very well air conditioned room and comfortable bed
Tried to charge £20 for a late check out of a single hour. I understand that this is their policy, but would not expect such fees at a hotel that purports to have good service and amenities. It is also not possible to order room service for breakfast, which requires that you join the buffet downstairs with all of the conference attendees - not a relaxing environment.
Hotel was clean, cool and comfortable. Family room was spacious and the bathroom seemed fairly new with toiletries included. Good tea and coffee making facilities with a helpful mini fridge. THe pool and spa area was as pictured and thoroughly enjoyed by all. The bar area was comfortable and the seating area at the front of the hotel was a fantastic way to unwind at the end of the day with great views of the beach and pier.
Having more access to additional (movie type) channels / streaming would have been helpful.
I do think £238 is a high price tag for one night without breakfast.
