Wonderful solo stay at the Leonardo Waterfront. After a long day I checked in to discover the team had upgraded my room and provided me with a really kind little welcome package. My room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Perfect!
We visit Leonardo Waterfront hotel Brighton at least twice a year as we feel valued and treated like ‘family’. The staff make it feel like ‘home’ and are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is really lovely with fantastic views from the Sea view rooms and views of the Lanes at the back, the rooms are really comfortable and luxurious with fabulous service from the staff. The beds are so comfortable. There are fantastic views from the lobby and from the restaurant of the seafront and the location is great with the pier and many good pubs and restaurants very close by. I always stay for my birthday each year despite it being in January and the staff make it a wonderful stay. Ellie on reception was so welcoming, friendly and helpful and Jake, also on reception was also really friendly, welcoming and helpful. I felt that they both went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. In the restaurant I have to mention staff members Jean, who was friendly and welcoming every morning at breakfast, and the chef Indi was was always happy to make us omelettes or pancakes each morning at breakfast and was also friendly and welcoming. Leonardo Waterfront Hotel have a truly amazing team working for them. We cannot wait for our next trip there. Thank you

Very good stay, location is perfect, we went to the Brighton dome theatre but it's equally good for the Brighton centre and pretty much all the main attractions. Staff were very good too, can only remember Teo by name but all were very helpful, and the hotel itself is top notch.
One of the best hotels I can remember staying at. The rooms are clean and a great size with everything you could need in them. The beds are large and very comfortable with decent and firm pillows - I had one of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel here. Good soundproofing , polite and friendly staff and the breakfast is excellent. I’d definitely come here again . Location wise it’s perfect for the pier and the lanes being just minutes from both , excellent hotel
Our 3rd stay at this hotel. Great location, parking under the hotel with reduced rate for guests. But what always makes the stay is the fantastic staff, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. Will return,

You couldn't ask for a better location in Brighton—perfectly central with a stunning sea view! The hotel itself has a lovely and welcoming ambience, but what truly makes the difference is the staff. A massive thank you to Jerome, Casey, and Fotini; they are a fantastic team and made the whole experience exceptional from start to finish. Their hospitality is what sets this place apart. We chose the hotel for an overnight stop in Brighton. It was a great choice. Location was perfect for the seafront and the lanes. We were delighted to be upgraded to an Executive King room with seaview and it was a huge room, in great condition with handy extras such as a mini fridge, safe and Nespresso machine. All very good quality. The hotel has a lovely atrium. We were checked in and out by Casey who was very helpful and efficient. Use of the adjacent car park is discounted if you present your ticket to Reception on checking out. We would definitely choose this hotel for any future Brighton stay.
Fabulous position overlooking the iconic Palace Pier and beach. Super friendly and helpful staff, great room, fantastic comfortable bed, great breakfast, rivals the Grand and Hilton
The Junior suite was amazing with full sea views. The location was on the seafront and parking on site (payable) which was handy.
The staff were excellent and the whole hotel was very clean.
Again, our stay here was really good. The location, was just perfect, across the road from the beach.
Leonardo obviously have a great customer service training programme, because everytime I stay at one of these hotels, the staff are friendly and helpful.
I joined the rewards programme and received discount for drinks and food. The food was OK. Not the best, but not the worst either. Was nice eating in the restaurant and looking out at the sea.
We used the sauna for the duration of our stay. The only downside here was the ladies changing room. There are no private changing spaces, which is ok except when a your changing in front of little children (there is a pool) and there are only two small toilets.
The room was again really clean, nice and comfy. All the necessary amenities for relaxing after a walk in the beach and shopping in the lanes.
Overall another great stay. This was my second time at this hotel and it didn't disappoint.

It’s positioned on the sea front but out the back you are in the lanes.

Amazing hotel, my partner and I loved every single thing about the hotel. There is nothing we didn't like. The staff are absolutely fantastic, very polite and Jerome & Ella were Lovely, very helpful and polite too, both were extremely nice as are all Staff.
The Leisure facilities are excellent, Clean and again the Staff are fantastic. The rooms are very clean.!
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brighton before looking at any other hotel, as You won’t be disappointed.

Such a lovely welcoming hotel with excellent location and lovely atmosphere. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the rooms were excellent - to be honest the biggest and most comfortable bed I have every slept in! The breakfast was great with such a good range of food and drink, and the spa amenities were a welcome relaxing break too!

We could not fault our stay at The Leonardo Royal , the breakfast was lovely and plentiful, the rooms were fab with very comfortable 2 x king beds , the hotel is in close proximity to the lanes which was very convenient as the weather was not great

Perfect location, excellent staff & incredible value for money. Rooms large & spacious with excellent room facilities. Breakfast good value too. But for me it’s the staff that makes it so very special.
