Ideally located hotel when flying early in the morning from East Midlands
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The kettle was broken, I had to hold the switch on the kettle down whilst it boiled as it wouldn't work.
The soap dispensers in the bathroom didn't work and 1 came away from the wall bracket

Pros:

Location for EMA is great, room really spacious and comfy bed!

Cons:

Bathroom was quite run down and a little dirty, it was manageable for a one night stay but no more than that.

Pros:

Cleanliness and hospitality was great. Location was perfect near the airport.

Cons:

The food large for the kids pizza meal. Id been happy with this as an adult.
And the duvets were very warm
Everything else flawless.

I think the photos dont actually do it justice . A positive negative there .
