The breakfast offering was good and the rooms were comfortable.
The bathroom was very dark - you could hardly see anything.

Super clean accommodation, friendly staff. Nice hotel feel on arrival. Bar area, restaurant had a nice buzz to it. Clean communal areas. Just off the motorway, much better than a Travelodge. And so quiet in the evening, no door slamming or people running up and down corridors, bliss!
Nothing majorly wrong. Room smelt a bit drainy on arrival, but room soon freshened up once the window had been opened. It's an old hotel so all in all it is doing very well! The shower could have been better, but it wasn't terrible and It was a good size. It was a very warm room, but there were two fans so I was able to cool it down well.
It was mine and my partner's Birthday and they upgraded us to a suite and gave us a Birthday Card, Drinks Vouchers and put a 'Happy Birthday' banner up, which made our stay extra special. Staff were amazing and Suite was well presentable, clean and tidy.

The room was an upgrade to a suite - absolutely stunning and spacious. Felt brand new and luxurious room with en- suite and lounge area with tv and another toilet plus tv in the main bedroom!!
Having to drag our suitcases up and down a few stairs in the main area to access the lifts. The lift was very small also.
The staff were friendly but not enough
Cleanliness the swimming pool was dirty around the edges. Around the shower in the room was rusty. Couldn't dine in the restaurant as 2 groups were in ( should have been advised) had to queue in a line to be served at the bar.
