The interior decor of the hotel, lovely room with big bed and great en-suite. Car parking.
No complimentary bread with dinner, stingy portions. Cheese board straight from fridge. Breakfast was a let down due to many items having run out, mackerel and scrambled eggs overcooked. Smoked salmon sandwiches at lunch were not dainty as you’d normally expect. Fire Alarm light did a big flash at 8.30am in the morning and woke us up. Having stayed at Handpicked Hotels over the years, it felt like there was a lot cost cutting and shrinkflation. We won’t be returning.
