O FUNCIONÁRIO DA RECEPÇÃO NO DIA QUE CHEGAMOS ESTA PODRE DA PREGUIÇA, SO FEZ A FICHA E NOS ENTREGOU A CHAVE, NÃO PASSOU NEM UMA INFORMAÇÃO. MÁ VONTADE DE ATENDER. NUNCA FUI TÃO MAL ATENDIDA NUM HOTEL COMO ESSE. AS TOALHAS DE BANHO BEM SURRADAS JÁ. TAVA NA HORA DE TROCAR.
