Остановились на 6 час, номер на 6 этаже, в комнате стояли ванна и сауна, не поняла зачем? Интересно так во всём отеле? Окна не открываются, закручены намертво
Дозаторы в душе пустые, на 3 чел выделили по 1 флакону геля и шампуня
Дверь открывается железным ключом
Бассейн маленький, в закрытом помещении
Короче, более странного и непонятного отеля не встречала

Интернет с постоянными перебоями , иногда пропадает вообще, скорость интернета низкая
Персонал не говорит на английском языке , очень трудно спросить или получить четкий ответ
Качество уборки - особенно полов , низкое . Либо персонал housekeeping не обучен , либо не мотивирован .
При выселении нам была заявлена претензия о наличии пятен на простыни и требование оплатить , мы пошли в прачечную рядом , и нам бесплатно отполоскали белье , без стирки , за 5 минут.

Ko bao giờ quay lại khách sạn này đã đi rất nhiều nơi nhưng chưa bao giờ gặp tình huống này tới 6h tối tôi mới nhận phòng thay đồ xong đi ăn tối chỉ ngủ sáng hôm sau 9h trả phòng khách sạn báo ga và chăn dính toàn bút màu trong khi đó bên m ko hề có mang bút màu đòi bồi thường 1tr1 mọi ng có ở đây thì nên kiểm tra phòng trước khi nhận nhé đúng là chuyến du lịch xui lắm mới ở bên này
