Zimmer war klein, aber OK. Die Sauna hat die Enttäuschung/ Stimmung gehoben.

Cons:

Das Hotel sieht bei weitem nicht so gut aus wie auf dem Foto. Der Pool ist ecklig. Das Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig. Nicht ausreichend Personal für die Reinigung der Zimmer. Reinigung erfolgt erst gegen Späten Nachmittag.

Нам поцарапал охранник новый байк ,пока перетаскивал его по парковке ! Почему в таком большом отеле такая маленькая парковка ?!
Байк только купили ,по этому это случилось у вас.
На парковке он оказался не в том месте где мы его оставили .
Бассейн ужасно грязный, сняли номер люкс с ванной ,воду в ней набрать невозможно ,так как она вся сливается ,заглушка не держит .
Завтрак отвратительный,Из вкусного только арбуз

Cons:

Mk để quên 1 cục sạc tại phòng nhưng khi nhờ khách sạn check lại thì lễ tân bảo ko thấy tạp vụ báo. Bảo sẽ check lại nhưng vẫn ko thấy cuộc gọi nào khách sạn.

ngoài phòng sạch ra ko có gì ok, cầu thang bụi bặm và bị chặn bởi rất nhiều đồ đạc linh tinh ko dc dọn dẹp gọn gàng, đồ ăn dở, đth bàn ko dùng dc, phòng ko để số lễ tân, nhắn tin qua booking ko trả lời, mạng ko kết nối được, hồ bơi nhỏ và trông rất xấu ko như hình (tắt hết đèn có vẻ ko hoạt động), thang máy chậm, nhỏ, bảo vệ ko nhiệt tình, cái dốc hầm xe rất dốc nhưng nhờ chạy xuống dùm thì thái độ, hầm đậu xe cũng bé tí, còn để chung với rác nữa. tầm giá này mình check các ks xung quanh ok hơn, sẽ ko quay lại, cũng ko recommend

Неплохой отель, но со своими нюансами
Pros:

Чистый уютный отель, в номере есть все необходимое: кондиционер, фен, полотенца, тапочки, шкаф, вода, чай, кофе, мини-бар, стол и стулья, удобная кровать, чистое постельное белье, телевизор и самое главное - потрясающий вид на море, который открывается из комнаты и даже из туалета))) Завтрак неплохой, но скудновато, поэтому получалось только перекусить. Когда уехала на экскурсию в 5 утра и не смогла позавтракать, мне дали ланч-бокс с собой, его также хватило только на перекус. Персонал достаточно отзывчивый.

Cons:

В первые два дня и ночи было очень шумно, невозможно было спокойно спать. С улицы слышен ор из караоке, сверху такие звуки, как-будто там решили сделать капитальный ремонт, слышно все, что происходит на коридоре, особенно, когда делают уборку в номерах на этаже. Шумоизоляция плохая. Когда была в отеле, спасали наушники. В ванной не было нормальной горячей воды, шла почти холодная. В раковине горячая вода была. Также в ванной нет шторки. В бассейн зашла только посмотреть, плавать не решилась там, рядом с ним кухня и это портит впечатление и воздух помещения, где находится бассейн.
