Very helpful staff, excellent service, great hotel with a beautiful rooftop pool, large choice for breakfast, very good deal for what you pay. We've been assisted by Monney, Who was very professional, welcoming and polite. In the SPA I had one of the best Thai message ever tried (I've been in Thailand). Must try

O hotel no geral é muito simpático, os quartos muito espaçosos e bem decorados, o pequeno almoço com muita variedade. O pessoal do hotel muito prestável e apoiam em qualquer dúvida. No nosso caso ajudaram-nos com a deslocação para o porto (fomos 2 dias à cham island e o hotel guardou-nos a bagagem). No regresso da ilha vamos ter um carro à nossa espera para Hue

A piscina no ultimo piso tem um final de dia muito bonito

Best hotel in Hoi An
Pros:

Rooms are very specious and clean. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They suggested so many places to us. We had Thai massage which was perfect. Best massage I have even had in Vietnam.

Cons:

They don’t provide disposal slippers to use in the room.

Pros:

La struttura ha un ottima posizione, leggermente fuori dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile con le bici che danno gratuitamente in dotazione. La nostra camera finalmente era bella larga e con tutti i comfort necessari. Lo staff molto premuroso, ci ha dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti locali assolutamente da provare. La colazione poi favolosa!!
