ホテルの経営者が変わったそうで、宿泊費が以前と比べて大幅に高くなりました。フロントスタッフも以前より笑顔が少なく今一でした。

A hidden gem in Hoi An nearby the historical center
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cozy Savvy Hotel. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat away from the frantic energy of the historical center, this is the perfect spot. It is located just outside the hustle and bustle, making it a quiet and relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring.

The hotel is exceptionally clean—the housekeeping standards are top-notch, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained.

The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality. The staff are truly wonderful, but we want to give a special mention to Tracy and Emma. They are fantastic people—extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and helped us with everything we needed.

Lastly, do not miss the breakfast! It is excellent and, unlike many other hotels, the menu changes every day, so you never get bored with the selection.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the unforgetable stay!

Fabulous boutique hotel in a quieter location
Pros:

Small boutique hotel, very personalised service. Great location, we could borrow the hotel push bikes and cycle on quiet lanes. Very short walk to old town and lots of restaurants. All the staff are wonderful. The staff helped organise day trips, made very helpful suggestions for places to eat, things to do.

It was great!
Pros:

The hotel has a very neat and quirky design which is really special as compared to other boutique hotels that you will visit on booking.com. Location is near the quieter stretch of the river which is away from traffic, so this is great for a night rest. Budget is friendly and includes breakfast which was amazing.

Cons:

Towel had a smell but it might be isolated to our room.

Emplacement parfait, quelques minutes à pied des principaux sites à visiter. Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. Personnel très aimable. Literie de qualité. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon et très jolie salle de bain.

Cons:

Piscine qui commence à vieillir un peu mais agréable tout de même en roof top. Dans l'une de nos chambres, les rideaux n'étaient pas occultants. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception.

Pros:

We loved our stay here at the fabulous Cosy Savvy hotel! The room itself was great - huge bed, good air con, great bathroom. The location is a short walk away from the town centre but this means it’s in a nice and quiet spot. Without a doubt the staff here made our stay so memorable. We took part in a Tet activity with them and their warmth and enthusiasm was just so special to be a part of. Thank you so much ☺️
