This is what we call Service
Pros:

The staff are awesome and always trying to help. The location is next to the River. The breakfast was excellent. The Amenities in the room have kept the style of Old Hoi An. We also tried the spa for 90 mins which was so good. The hotel we visited in US last year should come and learn what is customer service from this Vietnamiese hotel in Hoi An. Nancy. Emma and Team did a Great work

Cons:

The view from our bedroom was not that nice but we really enjoyed staying there. We stayed there too little time

Amazing staff, beautifully appointed rooms and a quiet location only ten mins walk from the old town - highly recommend!
Pros:

I originally booked this hotel for the guaranteed interconnecting room type suitable for our family, however when we arrived we were so impressed with the lovely welcome, and the rooms were appointed beautifully. It was super clean and comfortable and the room service option was well utilised as we had some downtime due to sickness. The location was great, only ten mins walk to the old town and quiet enough for restful sleep. The bikes were available for use free of charge and a great way to ride into town in just a few minutes or explore a little further. Loved everything about this hotel. Tien and Nancy on reception were wonderful.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Fantastic friendly hotel slightly away from the town madness but easy walk. Amazing pool!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room and bathroom huge and comfortable. Delicious breakfast buffet. Great rooftop pool with wonderful views. Highly recommend as quiet but short walk from the town.

Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel! Our room was spacious, clean and had beautiful decor. We used the restaurant, spa and use of bicycle which we are great standard. Staff (especially Nancy and door men) were incredible kind and helpful. Fab location- highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Only 1 person (who was from the reception) was friendly and helpful, all other employees were unfriendly and not helpful. The swimming pool was not functioning.

Pros:

The hotel itself was absolutley lovely and the staff and facilities were fabulous, the food was great too and very reasonable. Hoi An itself is a great area with lots to do and explore.

Cons:

Unfortunately the area immediatley outside the hotel has some waste grounds and delapidated areas, that the local taxi drivers use as their toilet facilities especially late afternoon, when I guess they have a quiet trade time, from the upper floors of this hotel at the front the view is very unpleasant and lets the hotel down. If the senior management have any influence over the local authorities, they need to use it with urgency and vigour. And if they don't and this cant be stopped, that would be terrible shame as it is very off putting. At ground level you cant see this as the hotel trees etc block it.

Pros:

員工friendly 房間大 舒適

Cons:

雖然Spa有優惠，但技師的按摩技巧不佳。
另外，早餐自助餐環境十分惡劣，食物隨便攞放，沒有用蓋合上，蒼蠅很多，會接觸到食物，幸好尚用即煮的雞蛋及粉麵可以選擇。用餐地方污糟，職員會直接把食客離開後的食物殘渣掃在地上，但沒有清理。

Amazing
Pros:

Emma and her colleagues were excellent - very warm and welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them through out our stay.
The hotel is in a great location for exploring this beautiful city and we made use of the complimentary hotel bikes.
The breakfast was excellent with loads of choice.
The room was spacious and comfortable. with great views towards the river.
Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! Far enough out to be away from all the crowds but near enough to get everywhere.

Beautiful boutique hotel, decorated perfectly to fit in with the local area
Breakfast was plentiful and tasty

I was traveling alone and felt completely safe and welcome at the Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel. A huge thank you to Nancy at the reception, who was incredibly attentive and helpful – she truly made my stay perfect. Agter arrival I got covonut biscuit and tea. The hotel has a wonderfully calm atmosphere, great for relaxing. The breakfast was deliciously tasty and the free bicycle hire is ideal for exploring the city on your own. Everything was sparkling clean and it’s excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the good time ☺️
