"What a fantastic stay from start to finish. The staff across the board were absolutely wonderful, with special mentions to Emma and Money, as well as the bag boys (apologies for not catching your names, but you were fantastic too!).
The team weren't just attentive to my wife and me — they went above and beyond for our children too. Every morning the bag boys would grab fish food and prepare it so my boys could feed the fish, which was such a lovely, thoughtful touch that made their stay so special.
Every staff member we spoke to had great local knowledge of Hoi An and happily pointed us in the right direction for places to see and eat. The facilities at the hotel were excellent too. We would absolutely stay here again — highly recommend!"

Cons:

Water smell coming from the bathroom sink but I think that is probably experienced everywhere.

Great little hotel with friendly helpful staff, great location.
Pros:

This hotel was lovely, good location, room was nice and rooftop pool had a great view. Breakfast was very good.
The lovely staff were very helpful and added greatly to a very please stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

Prima middenklasse hotel, rooftop zwembad, lekker eten en gebruik van fietsen, net buiten de drukte
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, een persoonlijke, warme sfeer. Het ontbijt is goed, en ook een keer gedineerd wat ook helemaal prima was. Het rooftop zwembad is heel fijn, en de locatie is mooi net buiten de enorme drukte in het oude centrum maar je kan er op het gratis fietsje zo heen binnen een paar minuten. Ook lopend wel goed te doen, maar ivm de extreme hitte die wij hadden was de fiets beter en liepen we alleen in het oude centrum. Vlak om de hoek aan het water zit een heerlijk vietnamees restaurant waar we waterbuffel hebben gegeten, een aanrader!

Cons:

Het onderhoud bij de rooftop kon wat beter, ergens stak een spijker uit de houten vlonder en de bedjes lagen ook niet heel erg lekker, hier kunnen ze nog wat meer van maken voor een iets luxere uitstraling en iets meer comfort.

Cozy by name, cozy by nature. Loved my stay.
Pros:

As it was my first time visiting HOI AN, I was feeling a little apprehensive about what to expect. How wrong could I have been, Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel, for me was perfectly located. A short 10 min walk from the main 'tourist' areas. However, what I didn't account for was the heat and humidity. Still, it suited my needs.
The hotel staff, in particular, the front of desk and catering team were wonderful. Incredibly attentive, they will go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. To the young lady who covered the night shift, that was highly commendable of you. You and your colleagues are amazing and do an outstanding job.
The room was spotlessly clean, big by Vietnamese standards with a large bathroom. I loved the optional 'roll-top' bath, with sunset view. Breakfast was a buffet choice, with the option of cooked local choices, including various eggs for breakfast. Whoever makes the coffee..Please add an extra measure or two, it's morning, life requires somethings stronger, thank you. I enjoyed Pho for lunch and it was delicious, definitely recommended.
The onsite Spa was a welcome break and I have to mention Lisa, who was my therapist. Incredibly strong and gentle at the same time, she quickly identified and worked on the various issues with my back.
Unfortunately the rooftop pool was only re-opened the day I was leaving so didn't get to enjoy it. It was definitely inviting in the heat and humidity of HOI AN.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Cosy Savvy, and I would return without hesitation. Based on my own experience I can recommend the Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel, HOI AN.

Pros:

Good place to stay close to the old city and the japanese bridge.
Good breakfast, lively staff. Great swimmingpool.
Easy access to Grab.
Would stay here again.

Cons:

Travelling with children and very hot in Hoi An, it is a bit of a trek to the old city. But if you want a swimmingpool it would be hard finding something better.
