The hotel tucked away in a quieter part of Hoi An, but a short walk to the main city which is great! The staff here are so bubbly and friendly & a special thank you to Nancy for helping us with getting activities organised as well as organising our transport to and from Hoi An! Overall a great experience and would happily book here again!

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and has such a charming traditional Hoi An feel. We loved the design and the way it captures the local culture while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. The location is also great, very close to the center, so it was easy for us to explore the old town and get around.

What we appreciated most was the hospitality. All the staff we met were so friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Everyone made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.

A special thank you to Hannah at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and she gave us some great recommendations for local food, cultural shows, and places to visit. Her suggestions really helped us make the most of our time in Hoi An.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. We would love to come back again!

Amazing staff, beautiful pool and great cocktails!
Pros:

Staff were amazing, especially Hana at the front desk, always helpful and great travel advice. Pool and happy hour were awesome- shout out to Tony our Bar man. We will be back!

A Good Hotel, But Some Uncomfortable Moments
Pros:

We had a very good first impression of Cozy Savvy Hoi An. The staff were friendly, especially Nancy, the room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The Old Town is reasonably close, although the walk can feel quite long in the heat.

Cons:

What disappointed us was the constant questioning about our plans and whether we had booked activities, tailors, taxis, etc. through the hotel. I understand this can be intended as helpfulness, but after a while it felt more commercial than friendly, especially when approached during breakfast.

On checkout day, we were also told we needed to leave by 11, although our Booking.com reservation stated 12 noon.

The most uncomfortable part was being asked whether I had the Booking.com app, then being told to open it and leave a review while a staff member was standing there. Reviews should be left privately and without any pressure.

It’s a shame because without these things, the hotel itself would have been excellent. Sometimes you can feel the difference between genuine friendliness and friendliness with a commercial interest behind it.

Oprechte vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Ze vragen naar feedback om het zelfs nóg beter te doen. Echt top! Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met voor ieder wat wils. Mooie kamers, leuk zwembad op het dak en op wandelafstand van het centrum.
