Cozy Savvy 10/10 - we checked in as guests and checked out as their biggest fans!!

10/10 at Cozy Savvy — we’re already planning to come back!

From the moment we arrived, the staff blew us away with their kindness. They made sure our whole family was together on one floor and sorted our adjoining rooms exactly as requested, that kind of care is rare!

The rooms themselves were gorgeous: spotless, so roomy and comfy, and the perfect retreat after a day out. We loved the free bicycles for exploring, breakfast every morning was amazing… I’m already missing the Vietnamese coffee!!
The location couldn’t be better either, with shops, cafes, and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

Huge thanks to the whole Cozy Savvy team for making our stay so special. A++ would absolutely recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

Cons:

If I had to say anything it would be that the pool could do with a slight makeover as it was looking a little tired but that’s being incredibly picky! It was still usable and offered the most amazing view!!

Perfect room, great staff, great stay. Would recommend to anyone
Pros:

Everything was amazing. The staff was so kind, and remembered us from check in to departure by name and room number, and remembered what our plans were to check in to see how the stay both at the hotel but in Hoi An was going. Room was larger than expected, and so clean. The breakfast spread was great, with both Western and Asian options. We rented the hotel bikes to bike to An Bang Beach, and it was a great time!

Pros:

Loved the location, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. It was so quite at night time and breakfast had a great selection. We had a family interconnecting court yard room and it was perfect with 2 batnrooms!

Stunning Old Quarter Hoi An hotel.
Pros:

Stunning restored, well located, colonial hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Beautifully appointed rooms, delicious breakfast, and fabulous location. We had a one night stay but could have easily extended our stay to a month.

Cons:

We loved everything to do with this stunning accommodation.

Beautifully styled hotel in great quiet location
Pros:

Excellently located hotel just 10 minutes walk from the old town - or quicker by the free bicycles provided - set in a quiet location with views over the river.
The staff were very friendly and our interconnecting rooms were lovely. I really liked the styling.
Breakfast good with ample selection and pho or eggs to order.
The only negative was the state of the pool. The water level was lower than it should be and it was a bit cloudy and green. The tiles were falling off in our hands. I raised this with the management and they admitted the pool was due for renovation. I understand this is now taking place - but some guests arriving have not been advised of the lack of pool in advance .

Walk into the old town in early morning 6 -7 o’clock to take photos without crowds and see the locals at the market. Green Bamboo cookery school excellent !

Beautiful Hotel, beautiful hosts!
Pros:

Very charming rooms! Not as charming as our hosts! We had an early bus to catch and they organised a packed breakfast for us! And also organise to get a bag to me that I left behind!!! They are just enough away from the busy part of town to be quiet and relaxing! I thoroughly recommend this place!
