This hotel was even better than expected. It felt incredibly new and was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The location is great: very central yet surprisingly quiet, which we really appreciated.
The staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived. They welcomed us with coconut crackers and a lovely drink, and they were incredibly helpful, answering every question we had.
The room was spacious and cosy, featuring a lovely balcony. A particularly nice touch was that they lit an oil burner just before our arrival; it smelled so nice and made the room feel instantly welcoming.
Breakfast was served in a lovely room and was excellent.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and quality service.

We stayed in connecting rooms and the rooms were large & spacious, clean and very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and always eager to help. The buffet breakfast spread was the best over the 4 hotels that I stayed in Vietnam during my holiday. Location was great - a short 10 min walk away from the heart of Hoi An old town but yet the street was quiet and peaceful.
The gym was run down with the equipment in dire need of maintenance.

We loved the location of Cozy Savvy - close to Old Town while still being quiet. Having bikes was a great way to explore. The staff were extremely friendly and helped us planned activities and transportation.

Je suis très reconnaissante vis à vis de la responsable de l hôtel qui m a vraiment bien aidé alors que j ai du aller aux urgences. Ils sont très serviables, prévenant et à nos petits soins.
Je n ai pas bien pu profiter de ce séjour mais la nuit passée dans cette hôtel était parfaite.
Belle chambre et salle de bain, tout était très propre, lit confortable.
Un peu éloigné du centre mais finalement ce n est pas plus mal car il y a un tumulte incessant et l hôtel est un tout petit peu plus au calme.

Fantastic environment- gorgeous gardens around rooms, very clean, beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea. Lots of lovely touches that made it a fabulous stay
Great location. Quiet. Easy walking distance to town. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Good breakfast selection. Nice to have the bicycles available for use, was a lovely cycle alongside the river away from town towards the pottery village.

Breakfast was very good. A good spread of Asian and Western options. A few mornings they had Banh Xeo and it was better than what we had at restaurants outside.
Free bike rental was convenient to get around to a few local places. The location is pretty good, its about a 2 block walk (or ride) to the Ancient Town area. Was quiet in the evening.
We stayed in the Family Suite for a family of 4. That was great for us, plenty of room and the rooms were adjacent with internal doors.
The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
The gym weights equipment wasn't the best. Was sufficient to get some exercise in.
There are also some pull up bars next to the playground area just at the edge of the Ancient Town.
In a quiet nook but an easy walk or bike ride to the Old Town
