急に宿泊の必要があり利用しました。誤って喫煙の部屋を予約してしまい、チェックイン時に気がつきました。変更をお尋ねすると、残念ながら空室がないということでした。タバコの匂いがする部屋だと、アレルギー鼻炎や頭痛症状が出るので困ったと思っていたら、すぐに空気清浄機をお待ちします、と用意してくださいました。こちらの手違いにもかかわらず、嫌な顔一つせずに、即ちに改善策を提示して素早く親切に動いてくださり、とても感じのいい対応をしてくださることに温かな気持ちになりました。
