Pros:

Struttura centralissima, comoda per tutti gli spostamenti e vicina a ristoranti, farmacie, caffetterie ecc.
La stanza pulitissima, abbiamo apprezzato anche la fornitura di capsule di caffè! Per quello che abbiamo pagato, ottimo!

Cons:

Unica pecca: è molto piccola e l’ingresso da cui si accede alla struttura molto rovinato e c’era cattivo odore.

The place was very clean and the location was good.

Cons:

The place is really small even for two person, not enough space. Maintenance was poor. There was a leak in the bathroom which was reported. Not even a mat in the bathroom.

Considering the price, the stay was definitely worth it. I would recommend it.
Pros:

The location is excellent—very central, and you can reach most places on foot. The room was well-equipped and quite clean. The complimentary 2L bottle of water was a nice touch. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage before check-in; you just need to contact the property in advance, and after paying the city tax, they will provide the instructions.

Cons:

A few things to keep in mind: the windows are positioned quite high, so you need to climb up to open them—adding some kind of mechanism would make this much easier. The shower cabin in my room was quite small, though still manageable. There is also a nightclub nearby; while it seems to be closed on some days, on weekend nights there was music playing until morning. You can hear both the music and people outside talking or shouting at times, but it was still possible to sleep.
